That's a really nice vintage building!

What a cool looking apartment! Some of the vintage things like the radiators and other things remind me of the apartment I'm living in now in the Twin Cities (specifically St. Paul). This building easily looks like it was constructed in the 20s, and mine was too. My unit isn't nearly as big as this one, but it's still a respectable size for a 1 bedroom unit. For my first place of my own, it's not bad at all, and everyone I've had over to it loves the whole vintage vibe it has.

Very Spacious! I too like the expanded basement, and the MPE is a Haughton. and Drakee99 will love the vintage Gerber reversed-trap toilet on flushometer.

There's a Silent Hill feeling to the parts in the garage and basement parts. Walking around with a torch in a dark, claustrophobic area.

Well not anymore they’re all being renovated to prevent wildfires from coming into old buildings

@dieselducy I thought your TX10 was Orange! Oh yeah, one question, I've heard of a Sony T110. Is it a good cam (HD)?

I recently did some research on this building and as of 2022, it's currently abandoned. There are inside and outside photos of the building and the whole place is in real bad shape, especially inside. Nothing has been said on what's going to happen to the building. It's either going through major renovations or going to be demolished.

Actually, this place just recently starting becoming for rent a couple of weeks ago. They renovated these apartments actually. They are a similar building but except that look very different compared to when it was vintage.
