i just feel that most of the guest coming from outside meghalaya they act to much and they don't even care of what they did not all but some people are very rude when we qnswer they said that the staff qre very attitude when they keep quiet they said not friendly . if everyone is polite so they will be polite not be so rude less and manner less they are trying to do their best to serve their guest but i saw they mostly get scolding from them specifically for the waiter service all the complaint and scolding they have to face common do your best atleast we are all human beings lets be polite qnd not qnger

For anyone whos travelling to shillong, Im from delhi and when i went to shillong i lived in this guest house that my friend booked for me the name of which was abode guest house and it had a resturant amrit i belive if im not totally wrong . Yea i agree i was skceptical when i was entering the building from the road since the entrance was shady and it was on the second floor of the building but the rooms were as beautiful as a rated hotel with amazing service and the food of the resturant dowmstairs was amazing. Hope it helps.

@@janet763 Google abode guest house, you'll find three more with same name. Stick to abode guest house. On maps search Amrit kitchen shillong. Both are in same building

Your opinion is right. I have been in shillong for 6 year and I have experienced the same feeling. And it is very true. Because of this I have no good memories of shillong. But there is no doubt shillong is beautiful.

Man, go to other cities of India and check out hotels in the same range. You will get a bigger room.

Shillong is worst for hotels , I live in guwahati and it’s very costly,better to go different place to enjoy . Go only for business purposes. Very very costly , no hotels under 1500/- in medium range . I don’t understand why people go to Shillong as tourist, nothing to see there , I can say as I live in guwahati, u have better and economical way to explore North east .
