the kicker is that he didn't want people coming to his hotel if they didn't have a lot of money. He could have a lot more guests paying 100 a night, than waiting for the one couple paying 3-5 hundred a night. He pretty much screwed himself. Its the law of averages. Take deals from a supermarket. If your normally paying 3 dollars for a pack of macaroni, and 10 people buy it during the day, you can lower the cost to 2.50 and have over a hundred buy it during the day thus balancing out the cost. He could be theoretically making tens of thousands of dollars a month but instead he is so fixated on making 1000 dollars off of each patron. They stay in your hotel, chances are they will buy food at your hotel, and pay for mini-bar items, and this and the other thing. Charge less, to gain more.

+Jürgen Ammerer : Yeah, I finished the episode and heard about the repro's. Tiffany-style lamps are popular and the market is flooded with them. TBH, I am not too impressed with the _real_ Tiffany lamps. We paid quite a bit for 3 genuine Tiffany lamps for the living room. Of the 3...the shades on the one started peeling! Finish actually peeled! Called Tiffany, they had the replacement parts obviously, but it was still not cheap to replace the part itself. Then, if that weren't enough, of the two table lamps; the leading or something was weak around the top of the shade...because it came apart. Tiffany will replace the shade, like the others, but I am sure it'll be for a price. Either way, I am not at all impressed with their products. The really OLD lamps were good quality, but the newest generation of them is shoddy and I would never buy from them again. Their jewelry and crystal? That's different. I love the jewelry I purchased from them and same goes for their crystal. However, I won't bother ever again with their lamps.

As a server, we get the brunt of the complaints in a restaurant. If the food isn't up to par, customers tend to blame the server and not the cook/chef. We just brought it. If they wait too long to be seated (granted there's a host/hostess on staff) it affects the way the customer treats the server.
