I was homeless once in my life and there is no level of poverty lower than having no place to live or lay your head at night.

Ugh this brings me back to my nights on the bus where I was just commuting home in the cold and feeling so tired, except at the end I would get home to my warm bed. This makes me so sad to think they have to sleep this way every night all night :( I wish there was a way to eradicate homelessness and poverty

Momera There is a way. We as humans sometimes forget about others. Sadly, We live in a system that has become intolerable to less fortunate.

Thank you to the bus company and bus staff.. Thank you to the documentary maker and crew who pulled this together producing this in such a raw unabridged depiction of a sorry-full reality. I live a middle class life which feels indulgent and unnecessarily opulent, having now viewed this doco. So, I will now do some volunteer work locally and take my kids along as maybe the next generation can do better than we have to care for our fellow people. Not sad. Just inspired to act and do more.. Perhaps you my friend reading this can do something similar or better.. more :)

I just posted this up top . you have a similar sentiment to my comment ..... Punga Bunga 3 minutes ago (edited) a society within history is truly judged by how it treated its most vulnerable .. Please compassion help us all ! . This is normalised by one of the richest countries in the world , All i can hope for is that our collective consciousness utilises our compassion for our fellow people and changes for the greater good of all > thankyou film makers for pointing this out . thanks for within your art and compassion , pointing this human atrocity and injustice out to the rest of us . Thank You for your concern AND yours AJ

Just make sure your kids don't end up like them. That's what's more important.

The banks own more empty foreclosed homes in America than there are homeless people.

It breaks my heart to see people with nothing and no hope. I want to help when I meet a homeless person but I never know if it is a scam or not and I am a struggling senior myself. Talk about a guilt trip!

If you are unsure if its a scam . buy a few pieces of fruit or cake , bread what ever before you venture into places where your most likely to encounter our most vulnerable people . if its not a scam they will be truly grateful . either way kindness compassion and consideration spreads kindness compassion and consideration. so the scammers may change with your sentiment too

This is so dope!!! But she could have used the 'N Word' scene, with out it. He could have ridiculed them worse, without the 'N Word'. Not saying it can't be used, But a message in his ridicule of them would still have been dope.
