I like how this is a game that is checkpoint / penality heavy throughout most of the gameplay. It sort of encourages you to stay within the track for the most part. But after playing most of the game the time trials themselves you have to go beyond the track essentially doing the opposite of what you've been doing throughout the entire game. I hate how games psychologically do this to players. And the sad thing is I am an adult doing the best I can to win certain time trials with minimal to no flaws and it's still not good enough.

Yeah I agree 💯 I’m an old fart 43 gamer and this tests my patience beyond belief. Takes me back to unfinished battletoad s on sega 16 bit in 1991, yeah I’m old it happens
