It was fine in the early afternoon, with a storm cell threatening. Kept it cool and cloudy-at first. But that was swallowed up by the sun, leading to 90's and mugginess that eventually drove us out early. 12 catches in total during our brief stay, and they were good ones. A solo H1 leader and a near race with the Chief (Amtrak 4). A nice CN unit. A 25th Anniversary sticker unit. WCGF that smelled about as foul as any train I've ever known. Some fresh NS rebuilds. And a drone-only catch from the parking lot of Casey's. Good action, lots of angles, and a short but fun day. Hope you enjoy.
