I will put this in our to-do list. For time being I send you the instructions how to do this. To maintain it’s performance, suggest to descale the appliance when the Descaling (A-20) flash on display.When the time use has reached a cumulative of 10 hours,the Descaling light will flash on display to remind the need of cleaning the appliance,press the Volume (A-23) button for about 3 seconds to enter descaling,you can add some citric acid or vinegar into water which can help for better descale,fill water in tank until max level and let water dispensing out until empty.The Descaling flash will unlock.
