This figure doesn't look like the promotional images. The figure is in a greyish blueish color in the promotional pictures. The final product is in a metallic silver color identical to the diecast MMS202D04 version. The only difference I see is that this one comes with the jet pack and hand cannon.

Nope it’s actually blueish and if you put the two figures side by side you will see the difference. Light and positions can change his color depending on the ankle. He is not silver like the first one . Both figures looking absolutely amazing. This one does not include sound but a huge jet pack

Having received it recently, I can confirm that the figurine is magnificent and that it is absolutely not chrome, it has beautiful blue and purple reflections/shades

I’m actually glad it’s more silver. I missed out on the original release of Robocop. This will stand in perfectly 👍🏼

Hot Toys are playing games - this is actually a new version of the Robocop 1 figure - the face, the colour, the data spike. But, it’s marketed as the Robocop 3 version and that’s presumably to get a better licensing deal. Robocop 3 is less popular, so use that to negotiate the fee but then do the figure fans will actually want.

Went on a search for this figure in my area. After a long search, found a location with Robocop, 3 hour's road trip, but I now have Robocop.

Truly a beautiful figure

Are you kidding? They didn’t add the blue & purple tones like the prototype smh 🤦🏽‍♂️. This fig is a few months overdue. At least we got a re release but I was definitely expecting those movie accurate colors

Yeah, if they ever come out with it!!!! I emailed them a few years ago, asking them to do a RoboCop 2 version and I didn’t even get a reply so don’t hold your breath!

I also want to see the Robocop to version! I emailed them in the past ask asking them to do it, and I didn’t even get a reply. It is the same figure, but with a different paint scheme why is that so difficult

Looks exactly the same as the previous release? After all these years? Only added a jetpack? How come they can never get the armor color right? Not the color finishing in either part 1, 2 or 3. 😮

Waitlist fulfillment is almost entirely based on the number of cancellations we receive for a given item. Hmm... it's "ChromoCop" 2.0. It's satin chrome with barley visible blue and purple accents. - RoboCop 1: metallic gunmetal gray, with MUCH deeper blue and purple accents, especially to the back of the head. - RoboCop 2: metallic candy blue with MUCH deeper blue and purple accents. - RoboCop 3: lighter metallic gunmetal gray than RoboCop 1, with MUCH deeper blue and purple accents. Maybe some day, Hot Toys will sit down and actually watch all 3 films, to see what Robo's paint should look like : /

Glad I didnt pre-order because this is not what was promised. I have the original and wanted a more blue/purple version but this aint it, clearly not Robocop 3!! Its good for people that want a regular Robo but the paint looks more chrome than the color shifting silver of the original movie. The original looked like it had gloss like automotive paint.

The Exclusive Edition comes with battle damaged chest armor!

Am so glad is die cast. A must have for the trilogy if you don’t have the 1st one this one will do just fine specially with the jet pack 🚀

they are still missing the complete "package" of Robocop: - gun holding hand - damaged visor showing eye - damaged arm/leg plate for swap - interchangeble Murphy headsculpt - improve ab crunch articulation - gun shooting & bullet hit effect - magnetic interchangeble joint

Yeah, the colour is too silver, and way different from the promo pics. I'll be keeping my order but it sucks that the paint job doesn't look great.....again.

We were deceived by the prototype images so they can get our pre-orders. Clearly the paint apps dont have the blue hue as originally advertised. This is total BS!

Am I the only one that remembers when hot toys would give Ironman somewhere around 8 battle damaged parts including helmet, shoulders and those so that when you wanted the figure damaged it was damaged all over the front.. Think iron man 3... Now you get a chest plate. No helmet. Just a chest plate. And there is no unhelmeted head to boot.. But this is sure to be $350+.. Wow.. Incredibly easy pass..
