Hot summer day in Georgetown, Washington D.C. | 4K Walk
An upscale residential neighborhood in the heart of the U.S. capital, Georgetown is home to Georgetown University (renowned nationally for it's Law school), riverside dining/shopping, and it's abundant green spaces. Take a virtual walk with me through the waterfront to the Washington Harbor, across M Street, and through the adjacent neighborhood.

Very abundant greens indeed. For a short time I thought those houses were abandoned. It is a wonderful neighborhood for real. Quiet, clean and peaceful. A nice place for a very long walk especially that there's so many trees to offer shade when it's hot.

Certainly not abandoned! According to Redfin, the average price of houses in this neighborhood is 1.55M. It really is a nice place to walk through; In fact, a lot of the DC area is!

Hi! I don't live in the city, but close enough that I'm there regularly. I feel like most of D.C. is pretty safe, especially the areas surrounding gov't buildings and National Mall.
