I remember goung to a pentecostal service in the '70s and at the end of the service the pastor said that anyone that wanted anointed with oil and prayed for to come up. Believers started lining up and i noticed that there were several young children in line with their mothers. When the first one stepped up to the pastor the pastor barely touched his forehead with the oil when he hit the floor like he'd been shot. He just layed their speaking in tongues. Before i knew it there was half a dozed children with their heads in their smiling mothers laps speaking in tongues.

This is an old Video many have strayed away, but some still worship.i received it when I was 7 my pastor only touched your head and the power of God would go all thru your body, he was a Great man of God but he's gone to receive his reward , Man did he have the power of God with him..he prayed for a lady 1 nite eat up with Cancer when she came to church the doctor gave her 6 months to live .he laid hands on her that nite she was healed immediately was only in her 40s then lived to be 87 always worshipped God everytime she testified she thank God for healing tht Cancer.Praise God .

People think we are crazy but there is nothing wrong with getting drunk on the Holy Ghost

Because a lot folks haven't had their encounter with the Lord , so they won't understand.

I'm an atheist but was raised Pentecostal. It's kind of nice having insight from both sides, as I recognize and value the parts of me that Christianity helped to mold. I can still see value in religion as it's a great community builder and I have nothing negative to say about most of the religious folks I know. Sometimes I actually envy their convictions and the relationships built around them.

There is a beauty in the worship of the Lord. The world didn't give it and the world can't take it away.

i love it, these people no how to have vhurch, when you leave you no you got something out of the service, they are a blessing to me.

This old way of living has never grown old. Ive seen the times change, the music style change, but this style of singing has always been the same. Love it!!!!

Or maybe the got tired of the emotional damage. This is nothing but acting crazy. I can make my body “feel the Holy Ghost” just sitting here and I’m not even a believer anymore. It’s the weirdest church you can go to where people act possessed rather than walking in the power and authority that was promised in the empty gospel.

Holiness just the way I love it............

Recently, we had a Sunday-morning visitation from heaven as I have never seen. And we usually get happy, as an old-fashioned Pentecostal church. But this time, Pastor read the text as usual, and we all began to pray for God to bless him and give him the word from heaven... suddenly, the air began to crackle with energy. All over the building, the congregation began to cry out and worship. People were dancing, screaming praise, falling on their knees. It was incredible! When God walks in, those who know Him shout worship, and those who don't, run to the altar!

Madame Poovie I'm sorry you have not been taught anything but what the Catholics teach. The Catholic church killed all those who they claimed were heretics. Did Jesus or the Apostles ever say to kill heretics? The Catholic political machine eradicated all written material that contradicted their teachings... and kept forgeries that seem to support their claims to authenticity. Fact of the matter is, the New Testament never says that there should be a priesthood over the laity, for the laity to confess their sins to. Instead, The Bible says that Jesus is now our only mediator priest, after the order of Melchisedec. (Hebrews 7) I Peter 2:5 and 9 tell us that ALL Christians belong to a royal priesthood. Revelation 1:6 and 5:10 says we are all made kings and priests to God, and that we SHALL reign on the earth, after the return of Christ! But the heresy of Catholicism instead grasped political power, and made here a king and there a priest, in a perverted, sinful empire, usurping power before Jesus returned! If you check into the actual history of the Catholic church, you will find that at times there were multiple popes, and incredibly wicked popes. There were self-appointed popes, and popes who killed off those they pushed out of power. And then there is the matter of persecuting those they called heretics. They will tell you the Catholic faith is proven to be the true faith, because it has been preserved as the only church down through the centuries. But that is the exact opposite of the truth. The truth is that the Catholic church as persecuted, killed, and tortured those whom they label heretics... all down through those 2000 years of her history. And who were those "heretics"? Those who opposed the Catholic heresy. Granted, there were a few heretics the Catholic church killed... and those few real heretics are the ones your church will tell you about, and then they will tell you all the heretics believed like them. Not so. My own ancestors were burned at the stake by the Catholic political monstrosity that dares to call itself a church. And what was their "heresy"? They dared to oppose the heresy of baptizing babies. The New Testament teaches plainly that one is born again only when one repents and believes in Christ. Babies cannot believe. The New Testament tells us that baptism cannot save us, unless it is the answer of the conscience toward God. (I Peter 3:21). But your church tells you that outward baptism of an unrepentant, faithless baby can save his soul. (Actually, the only reason infant baptism was so important to political Catholicism, was to perpetuate political power in Europe.) There are many many teachings of the Catholics. I have barely touched the surface. The real proof? If the Catholic church were the true church down through history. she would have preserved the truth in her practice, and not only her verbal teachings. But not only did she kill those who dared to oppose her, she also punished by death, things which now she tells her followers to do! This cannot be the true church of God. She tells you she was the only bastion of Christianity all those years... but she conveniently forgets Christianity existed outside of Europe... check out how Christianity survived elsewhere down through those centuries.

He never once thought it as a necessity to pay a priest to forgive his sins.... nor do i believe that a man can forgive me of my sins. that.... would diminish the idea of grace.

Who knows why she was chosen? Maybe just a luck of the draw. She was female. Not much written about her in the KJV bible. Jesus was perfect and without sin. I choose to worship God through Jesus's example and teachings. He is our savior. He is alive.

Madame Poovie She's referring to the sale of Indulgences, which was authorized by the pope back in the Middle Ages. For an organization that says they are God's true representatives on earth... the Catholic Church has certainly brought a lot of shame to His Holy Name, down over the ages. God cannot lie, and His word does not change. Yet, what your church has proclaimed as truth has changed over the years...so obviously, they cannot be the true spokesmen for God.

They are not mad! There is absolutely nothing wrong with letting the Holy Spirit manifest its self in dance and music... read Psalm 150. God can do some mighty healing of the soul through music! :) I know I have felt His healing touch... Not only through music... But by simply contemplating Christ and His nature. :)

I have a testimony I was healed of stomach cancer been almost 2 years ago I had so much pain so I finally went to the hospital the doctor told my wife out in the hall wile I was in the room 'he told her it was stomach cancer' I prayed to GOD and he healed me like in a week or 2 after I didn't take any treatments

I grew up going to Pentecostal and full Gospel Churches. I Remember Tent meetings . A few Brush Arbor meetings. I'm going to a Trinity Apostolic Church now.

I cannot even imagine having a better time than being a One God Pentecostal Serving the Lord. It is a wonderful Life. THANK GOD FOR PENTECOST AND THE EXPERIENCE.

I just wished these people lived it Monday through Saturday. No miracles, signs or wonders, just a stirred bee’s nest needing mood stabilizers every Sunday.

I just read your comment. I hope all is well and by now you have began to go to a Pentecostal/ Holiness Church. I am a Holiness preacher and have been in the Holiness movement all my life. Typically there are differnt views as with any form of religion. I am Trinitarian, which is most common among Holiness. We believe that God, Jesus & Holy Ghost are 3 different yet same. Oneness, typically Pentecostal, believes in Jesus Name Only. All believe in healing, tongues and worshiping the Lord.

That's right ,just have a good time in The LORD

This type of church I was apart of 33 years ago and before. Its hard to find these old fashioned Pentecostal churches now, now they are more modern-day now. Its sad to me.

I see this a lot in my church! the holy ghost is the best experience that a person coming to jesus will have. We can't see him but we can feel him! God Bless You All!!

I have stated this on other videos before...but many years ago (1986) while I was in the army I prayed for the truth and God answered..I was baptized in Jesus name, but never received the Holy Ghost. I have since slipped in and out of the world and like you I haven't been to church in a very long time (17 years now). I have never stopped believing but somehow I always fell back into the world. I want to go back, but not sure God will forgive my foolish choices, stupidity and lack of faith.

My sweet Grandma (God rest her soul) always told me that this is the way she was brought up. I have never had this experience but would love to. Just feel like it’s in my blood, hard feeling to describe.

I spent my youth in a spirit filled congregation. I am trying to start one here in Canada. please pray that God would make a way. There is a real need here. this video really inspired us to go forward and preach!

That one on one relationship with jesus. He isnt a high and mighty god that sits on his throne casting judgement (that was my impression of what baptists believe) but god is someone who will always be there and pick you up and his love never fails. For me, once I got a taste of the pentecostal denomination, I loved the way they talked about jesus and the worship they had. Give it a try and pray about whatever decision you may make

To each his own....the NT church was accused of being drunk and Peter told the crowd they werent drunk ...it was too early in the day....so, I am not going to say anything against the way these good people worship! God bless them...most churches today need to loosen up and let the Holy Ghost have His way in the midst!!!

I used to go to a church like this--there was a woman who used to ALWAYS cry during the singing.
