Update: I WASHED the Body Care Items in Dish Dawn soap, and the smell won't go away on the bottles. They all smell like Vacation Vibes 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Sara, something similar happened to me and I text messaged customer service on the website(I cannot stand phone calls). They said they would replace everything and sent a second package. The second package was also packed horribly and they missed 2 items we went over & the agent said he would replace. I individually typed each item and was very thorough having him repeat what I would get. Depending on what you want to deal with, you may be better off going in the store, which I know is no fun, but go to one where they know you well & treat you well. You shouldn't keep anything the wallflowers leaked on, you do not want those chemicals absorbing into your skin. Their candles are much safer, I stopped using the wallflowers for this reason, just the plugs as decor. Apologies for the length of this, I just wanted to give you good info & hopefully help! You deserve to have everything kindly replaced!

I'm sorry this happened to you. I'm sure it is super strong when it leaks out like that! Im sure the scent will hang around on the items. What a mess .... I got several to try, and I actually really like it. It isn't too strong but throws well , at least for me.

Oh NOOOoooooo!!!!! So devastating!!! Ugh!!! I was going to suggest perhaps actually opening everything to see if the product inside itself is still good. If the products themselves inside are good I probably would've somehow saved by pouring them in perhaps labeled bottles which you can probably find at dollar stores because you spent money on everything. I hope you got a refund. Since you have a car perhaps it's safer to purchase in store from now on. I see WAY too many online orders from KZreadrs from the U.S. who receive packages that are damaged. I remember seeing a Halloween order you had received from a online purchase that was damaged last year. I remember it was awful. I don't drive and I do not have a car. I do have access to a BBW store, but it is a smaller store so I have done online orders here and there through the Canadian website which is where I live as my local store does not carry everything. So far nothing I ordered has arrived damaged here in Canada.

This happened to me before and the liquid inside of those is very toxic. I had the box setting on a wood bureau and after leaving it there for a few hours when I moved it, it had taken the tarnish off and ruined it. Luckily Bath and body Works still had a great customer service policy then and they ended up sending me a $600 check to cover the furniture that was damaged.

This is why I never shop online anymore. It's not that I try to be a cheapskate and just don't wanna pay shipping, they literally have zero sh*ts when it comes to packaging. You had no bubble packaging to soften the bottom of the box or anything protecting those *glass* bottles that the Wallflowers come in. Scrimping on packing material is why people (and B&BW) lose product. And if waste is a concern, recyclables exist as well and should be utilized! The last time I ordered online my mists were literally rolling around free-style in my box; one of the caps was scraped up/cracked because of it. No more!

They have to do better in packing. This is not acceptable. I would be upset too.

Ugh so sorry! That's happened to me before. Luckily they replaced everything that wasn't usable. Hope you're able to exhange. 😥

oh man, I don't know why the wallflowers always leak, I don't think I will ever order wallflowers again online. sorry to hear it happened to you.

Oh no not VV leaking! I think you should be ok if you wipe the stuff down. Maybe try some dawn and hot water to get that film off the products. Idk why BBW ships things so badly. It costs to send it out again!

Their packing is terrible! I always have something broken. Theyre just throwing money away!

The same thing happened to me! Took all night for me to clean and see what was able to be saved. I should have asked for the whole order to be replaced (because I did feel like you that it was all ruined but most product could still be used even tho the packaging is ugly and smeared and smell like 4 different types of wallflower oil, I should have asked for everything in the box to be replace, but my candles were ok tho) but I was honest and only asked for a replacement of the 13 wallflowers that were ruined, damaged and flooded the whole box in wallflower oil! I had a huge haul just like yours, and most of my body care packaging is ugly and smeared now. I can still use it and thought I'd rebuy some of the ruined packaging body care from the order, so I went to re buy Wild Madagascar Vanilla, and the body cream is sold out!!!

Yep! The same thing happened to me. I got ONE walllflower during SAS members only sale. I was able to pick up the only wallflower offered for 75% off- Vacation Vibe and other things. When I got my box, there was a leak…….it was vacation vibes. I am glad that I got only one. The scent is strong and don’t like it much.😢

I have allergic reaction to wallflower refill liquid. My kids accidentally bump the plug and the liquid spill in the floor. My hand was itchy and burned feeling. Next time used gloves when touching it, ms. Sara 😓

I would wash everything with dawn dish soap and definitely call customer service.

It’s unfortunate that happens. Not everyone is able to get to the stores. Some people don’t live near a bath and body works stores, some people are handicapped and going to the store can be challenging. Some people only have access to purchase online.

Oh no! Bummer. That oil will mess things up! Their customer service has been good for me, cuz I mostly do online. Good thing you got the box with the new colors and not the blue cuz it stains everything. They really need to do better packing material for one thing but it might make shipping go up! I had fresh cut lilacs leak once!! I like the vacation vibes room spray better than the wallflower. Tfs😃

You are not lying, I got refunded for 5 candles because they came broken, shattered glass everywhere. There was no bubble wrap or extra paper stuffing to keep them from rolling around 🤨. I never have this problem with GC. They pack candles tightly like a carton of eggs, which I love.

Uhg, hate when this happens. Last time mine leaked all I was smelling for days on end was ILPC🤦🏽‍♀️ I have no choice but to order online since i'm in the Caribbean & we dont have stores here so every order is a wish & a hope that everything arrives safely.

The same thing happened to me with Ulta and my order included candles that broke but also a perfume oil opened and leaked. You could see moisture on the outside of the box which was twice the size needed for the shipment and hardly any dunnage so just all banging around in shipment. I asked them to replace the whole order because everything was such a complete mess...definitely no care taken in the packing.

Hi Sara ! Hope you took pictures and show it to the store or customer service online. Maybe they can compensate you with a credit or something. I’ve ordered online and usually always packed well. That’s unfortunate 😣

Try dawn dish soap, which usually gets everything clean. Bath & Bodyworks has great customer service, and they will send you all new items if they have them in stock. They gave me my items and a 20% off coupon code for my next order. You can take it to the store but you get more perks if you complain to customer service.

Wow that sucks. Sarah rinse the products under water to take the oil off. Its still salvageable. Btw woodslands is amazing candle. Im burning it now.

This hapenned to me they replace all the wallflower refills. I dont order them anymore lol.

I would have been very upset if that were my order . You send so much money with the store. I did going SAS and got the apple shampoo and conditioner, lalic candle and hand sanitizer in love always win .

Unfortunately, this is not uncommon. More than once Wallflowers leaked all over. Once the oil actually ruined my fingernail polish. 😮 I’m no longer ordering online. Hope you found some good replacements.

I tried the Dawn Dish soap, it did nothing to take away the Vaction Vibes scent 😔😔

It was super weird that vacation vibes came out and them bam- were 75%off..i don't think they were a hit😬..i got them blind buy too during the room spray sale and exchanged all but one for Poolside cabana. It had an odd note and i usually LOVE tropical scents.

I am so sorry what a drag! I spilled a whole under the xmas tree wallflower once and it ruined the smell for me. You will never want to smell VV again! wallflowers are glass they should pack accordingly! i only order the boxed 2 packs if I am shipping

The bulbs are actually pretty strong. Can't tell you how many times I've dropped one and it doesn't crack. Just don't leave them on its side

You poor thing! That vacation vibes is horrid! I did the same thing in store, just grabbed and ran, and what a mistake! The only one who likes it is my 11 yo granddaughter, so she got a room spray 😂. It is the absolute worst thing ever! I got a box just like that with candles and shower gels. My candles, while unbroken, were covered in glue from the boxes as well. They are really on the struggle bus with the shipping!

So sorry about your package! I recently found you and I like your channel! But that's definitely not acceptable and no fun. I actually was able to get replacements for missing and damaged items I've had and it helped out a lot cause it's so frustrating. They also do refunds too and I think you are definitely owed for it. If online is not helpful, show them the evidence in store, this is definitely not the standard they should have and they'll want to make it right. ❤
