Good to see this game again! You should use line formation for shooting, square against cavalry, column for marching and bayonet charges with infranty companies. Wedge formation to charge with cavalry, line formation to shooting. Use the trees to take cover. I recommend to save your troops to gain more and more XP. Not just to get more morale, but to inflict more melee damage too. Go forward toward the enemy formation. Shoot and go back and repeat it with a fresh, loaded company. Use 3 companies with this tactic, One loading, one marching forward to shoot, one going backward after a volley. If the enemy shoots back, then you can go closer to shoot a deady volley. If the enemy don't shoot back at max range, than you will kill his troops slowly but surely without any casulty. Friendly Villages replenish your foot soldiers, but not cavalry. You have to train some extra cavalry and sends after the companies, you can merge them to the damaged cavalry company. The best fraction in this game actually the weakest. Turks are the best. Cheap archers in mass can burn every defenses easily and you can train them right at the beginning. Their melee warriors gets bonus against musket fire. So go forward with one company of melee warrior, 2-3 archers and the rest are the turks snipers, I forget the name, but 30 desert sniper in a group with the best melee attack, no fatigue loss in hard terrain, fast and deadly at range too. You can maximize the moral loss if you shoots to the flanks or the rear of the formation. Especially when you kill the officer, drummer and flag bearer. These snipers are agile and fast. You can flank the enemy from two sides while you can shoot it with archers and rush with cheap melee soldiers. Shoot right to the ass and good night.

Hi, happy to hear that. I use the steam version and have almost no crashes (win 10). The GoG version doesn't have multiplayer but aside from that also worked fine on my computer

hi, i'm still waiting for new videos

I just managed to finish the two tutorials (Sergeant & Officer Training Courses) and started the Battle for Europe Campaign despite my busy work schedule. Certainly not an easy game as you need to keep track of many things (especially forgetting to give the orders to my men to fire). I'll need more practice if I want to partake in the multiplayer battles. :)

Nice to hear. Yeah this game definitely needs some practise but you will get better for sure. And there are still also some "noobs" online so its not guarantued that you have no chance at all in multiplayer matches. But as long as you enjoy single player thats also very fine I guess

Hi Landser! Thanks for these videos Cossacks 2 looks like a fun game to play. However getting started is not the most obvious process so that kind of put me off and I just went back to my other strategy games. It would be very useful if you could give us a link to the patch you're using, go over how to use features like 'birds eye view' and if there's a discord group for Cossacks 2 send out an invitation link. Also I'm kinda curious about how well the nations in the game are balanced and I think that'd be a good topic for a video. From watching your videos Spain and Poland seem very overpowered. I'm not asking for anything cause I know you are quite busy I just thought you might find these suggestions useful :).

@@napoleonicwarsonline Oh yeah, I did mix it up. Since there is someone else (Cossacks 2 Battle for Europe Cast on KZread), who was doing same stuff like you but 6+ years ago, and he also has Landser mp games.

Hello, i have problem in multiplayer lobby can you help me? When i'm creating a room my friend is trying to join but he always getting error, sometimes he don't see this room. I don't know how to fix it.

Any chance for more uploads? :) also I have been playing the campaign and the skirmish battles to get used to the mechanics. Do you know what the difficulty level does to the AI? Normal is certainly easy now to beat :)

I've heard you mention a few differences between the stats of the troops from each faction - is there any online information that lists all of the differences, or do you just know it from playing the game? I've been loving your videos lately, I think I've watched almost all of them by now.

buy it on steam start the game and create your account via "internet game". After that you will join the 'Shell' where you can host or join a game. I recommend you to log in after 7 PM CET since there are not many users playing and during the day time there are no players online or just one/two.
