Hot Air Balloon How To
To create a hot air balloon using 3' balloon covered with 5" balloons, follow the instructions provided by Eve Antonello, CBA. This technique is perfect for organic hot air balloons as well! Simply size the 5” balloons randomly to achieve the organic look.

There’s really no instructions how many strings do you need to have do you cut every end how do you tie them together step-by-step is there anywhere you could get these instructions to size

If the 3' was filled with helium, they would have had much more trouble holding it down to put the other balloons on it. Watch the video again, you can see her holding the top of the balloon and it hangs from her hand. 5" balloons don't hold helium long enough. This was hung from the ceiling for the end photo.
