It is hard when you lose a person who you've been attached to; you've done so well during this time, Claire and I'm so proud of you. Your shifts as a student Nurse have taught me so much on what goes on in the health care world and I really appreciate it. It's certainly very important to know what goes on and what all professionals go through. =D

Claire i absolutely understand you. What i’d say is, as long as you gave it your best shot, you did very well. Try to gradually separate yourself from work so it doesn’t affect your personal work. I am so glad that you write to offload. Wish i knew that when i was a student. All in all, decompress often. Best! You deserve the compliment

Cardiac Cate Thank you! I do need to try and separate it all when I get home. I can do it on the wards at the time, I just push all those feelings aside and deal with the situation at the time. But then when I get home I start to reflect and the emotions come out. Hope you’re having a great week so far :) xx
