This video includes our staff: Marcello, Emma and Mose who talk about why they love working for our Hospital at Home Team, a joint partnership between Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust and Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.
The team provides high quality, complex care in people’s own homes. They help to get people out of hospital quicker and avoid further admissions to hospital.
Darren and his wife Sacha talk about how the Hospital at Home team have supported him to be medically cared for at home for the past three months. The team have been administering IV therapy treatment, previously only provided in hospital, so they could be together at home and Darren could build an essential bound following the recent arrival of their twins.
