As amusing as that would be, it's unfortunately not possible. The timing doesn't add up, as Pekora's cannon fired into the distance on November 20th, while Shion's house was intact until some time on the 28th or 29th. Plus, due to where the damage on Shion's house was, Pekora's cannon would've had to be built directly to either the north or the east of the town, but the desert she built it in is to the southwest.
