Love playing Horus with the god cards, opponent usually thinks a maxx c will save them, then they get hit with a board wipe and 10k+ direct lol. Also shout out to the guy using Unchained Sacred Beast, that looks like it could be a fun combo.

A whole family tree there. (slifer's original name is osiris who fathered horus, and then the 4 new monsters are his sons)

When the Lab player used Ash on revived sky god I was like "of course he has ash." Then I remembered ya can't negate revived sky god😂

I've been messing with brigand dragon from albaz deck. The card let me send an lv 8 or higher from my deck. The con is that It locks me on fusion summon only, and I need to run despia engine.

The Egyptian Gods should have the same effects as the anime. Impervious to effects

I find it strange that the Horus cards do not have an effect to either special summon or even just get Slifer The Sky Dragon or Slifer cards into you hand. I mean: In mythology Horus IS the son of the god Osiris, and Slifer's OG Japanese name IS Osiris. So it woud make sense, =/c Though seeing the connection with the Sun & The Moon It does also stand to reason that they should be able to do the same for Ra & Obelisk, for mythological reasons. =/c

I find it strange none of these new Horus cards actually have anything to do with Horus in how they function.

I'm glad you're having better luck with it. I was losing field spell consistency and had the impulse to take out maxx c and fix field spell consistency with piri reis map. and I went on a 6 win streak until an ftk bot.

Try Foolish Burial Goods, 2 Copies of Rainbow Bridge Salvation & Rainbow Dragon if you’re not already using those, pretty consistent way to search any field spell

The issue of not being able to search slifer is exactly why i usually run him in a dark magician decklist utilizing The True Name. Its the only way to "search" him I can think of

Konami really did Osiris dirty. I think his effect for decreasing enemy atk by 2000 must be unnegateable so he can be stand by another gods

Stand by the other gods? Besides being 4k beatsticks that are too much trouble to summon they're not really all that without all the traps and spells based around them cuz their monster effects are pretty mid if you don't have anything to counteract the negative effects like having to give up your LP for Ra or tributing your monsters to activate Obelisk's effect. Slifer is objectively above the other two. Doesn't cost any LP or monsters to activate his effects and as long as you can keep the cards in your hand, he has on average 2k more ATK than them.

@@OG-ColorfulAbyss. Slifer is arguably the worst out of the 3 with regards to effects. You cant put him at 1 for sure, and at least Ra has OTK potential.

@@CarbonVI All of them have OTK potential if you use the right cards. and he's clearly not the worst. Easiest to summon, and no cost for his effects.

yeah unfortunate that there's no consistent 1 card way to search slifer. It's either destroy mound or add "The True Name" and a card like DMC or Soul Servant that will make the top card what you want.

Haven’t you just put out a video of Horus + all 3? For me this one would be less expensive obviously, but is it equally strong?

yeah posted with all 3. i would say the egyptian gods perform better separately in the deck with horus. i’ll be coming with horus obelisk and horus ra video soon

Slifer is my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh card of all time so I would be building this rather than for the others, but I just wanted to know if this one is better than the deck from your last Horus video.

As awesome as this was to see, it pains me to see yugioh has become more of an effect/negate game than an actual duel. The only time I saw monsters attack was for attacking directly. Do monsters even fight each other anymore? Lol

Yes they do, quite a bit. Like YGO is very effect/negate heavy, but having strong bodies and good effects are still important as a lot of strong boss monsters tend to have strong effects as well.
