@@robotsonmars1989 She’s either in uniform or she is not. It doesn’t matter if she usually wears a uniform while on duty, as she wasn’t wearing it during this encounter. Constables are still constables while off-duty and if they exercise their powers they are considered on-duty, which is why police forces often have a policy either recommending or requiring constables to carry their warrant cards at all times. Force policy also usually dictates that constables and police staff must have their warrant cards or police staff ID on display (e.g. on a lanyard) at all times while on police premises whether in uniform or not!

The answer should be "your concern does not trump my rights." It's as simple as that.
Meanwhile it’s statistically higher that 1 of those 3 clowns will end up murdering a member of the public walking home at night than it is for a member of the public to attack a police station
I think if you consider yourself an auditor, then if the police station is a pass you should say so..... not that this one was a pass though😂

@@MrAndrewFarrow, as far as I can tell, private property is property owned by a non-public entity. If not restricted in any way, allowing the public free entry, it is public space. You appear to be confusing the common meaning of private with the legal one. From a legal point of view, as far as I understand it, the word more appropriate is 'restricted'. Buckingham Palace is a Crown-owned residence, to be used by the reigning monarch. It is not public property. All legal titles to #10 are held in the name of the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government. It may therefore be public property, but weeks appear to have significantly restricted access.

You could still walk down there seeing as it was open. You can't be arrested for being in an enclosed premises so the worst that could happen would be for someone to ask you to leave as it's only a civil trespass. As for the keys... My guess is that someone found them and decided to hand them in just in case the owners decided to claim them ?
Notice how this is all about her needs, not the law but her needs. This one is not the brightest lamp in the street but she is the neediest.
I'm sure I've seen the female officer in another auditor's video. She appears not to have benefitted by the experience.
He was clever in how he got your agreement to leave. She was a fool. Imagine working with/ living with/ living next door to her.
About a year ago, I found a set of keys lying on the pavement. It too, had a tesco card attached to it. So I phoned Tesco, explained about the keys, and gave my address so the people to whom the keys belonged could collect them. Sure enough, Tesco contacted the owner, and a lady knocked on my door, proved she owned the keys, and bunged me a tenner! (She wouldn't let me refuse it sadly). AND I got a rather nice 20 squid shopping voucher from Tesco!
If you was legally entitled to carry out an activity, why is he forced to stop you doing so?

The man's a troublemaking idiot. Before you invoke the term 'auditor' look it up in the OED: it certainly doesn't mean anything approaching the actions/intentions of this prat. The police will be better placed to deal with crime and criminals if they're not wasting time on these vexatious idiots.... but I'm sure that when he needs their services he'll be patient if they're held up dealing with another like-minded donkey.
TL:DR; Koleeberks left the carpark, but he did not lose the battle or lose the war. He still pointed out who the female tyrants are.
"I'm not being 'confrontive'" - that's a new word.
The argument of we don't know you or know what you are doing. "You might follow one of the officers home", makes no sense. If you use the same logic you don't know if an officer will follow you home. If you see any officer using a phone, you don't know what they are doing on it, they could be looking/purchasing illegal content. But you don't , because there is no evidence to support it. The same applies if you are filming in a public/public accessable place. You go on what you do know, not what you don't.
10:00 "I've never met you before." She's never met 99.99999999% of the public either. But does she think every single of them is a potential violent criminal? Don't answer that, I know she does. She lives her life scared of her own shadow.
If she was that concerned she would have called for back up straight away...

Looked like the right decision, you could maybe have negotiated “if you leave first then I will leave after you go”. As to number plates and he following of officers - it wouldn’t require videoing, someone would just wait for an officer to get into their car, then follow them. They seem to forget that only they have the power to trace registration plates, not the public.
Again with the 'I don't know you, I have never met you' as an excuse to abuse your rights.
