Each horse only stands there for an hour. Then fresh ones are brought out every hour.

They get it but they try to keep them for their shift it’s only one hour that they stand there and they only work once a day sometimes they only work once a week these houses are taken care of very well it’s not like they are overworked sometimes they just don’t want to work that day

Its not the box...it is the crawling of tourists touching and everything else over a horse. That would drive a human over the edge. Put up perimeter and keep tourist at a visual distance. The horses will thank you. In order for a gentle creature to resort to biting is the being over run by the public. Stop this and put up a perimeter.

I love watching guards, but I need to pass them by! These people are so ignorant! The guard has to continue telling them to get away!

Are tourists there to aggravate people like you? Do tourists leave lots of money in your country? It seems you could remove yourselves from the tourist business. But it won't be easy. Many layers of government, business, every museum, and so much more, count on that money for many reasons. It isn't simple.

It says do not touch the reins. Some guards allow touching or even feeding the horses. However, some tourists are very annoying.

I find these men and women amazing, even when the horse gets ansy and roams about they have to control them with one hand. They should be able to put their sword away and be able to use both hands at that time. We truly have the most incredibly well trained servicemen and women, I'm so proud to be British ❤🇬🇧❤🇬🇧❤

I have the feeling she might visit often. She does not touch the horse and does not have food in her hand. She requested to treat the horse before she was told yes and left thanking the quard for his kindness. Now the lady in the pink sweater must have thought she was auditioning for a movie part! Lastly, if you love your dog stay home and take him for a walk but everyone is not going to love him, especially horses. Neither dog or human is the attraction and they’ll never steal the moment.(saw nobody put their hand in dogs mouth or take their picture with together)

Also, I've only seen these videos and can tell you there's a sign next to everyone of them that clearly says horses might bite you and keep your hands off. It's like hello ? I think tall guy tried to play chicken with shorter official but quickly saw he was in too deep.

First horse was tired, he/she wanted to rest. Second horse came to replace him/her.

Not a scar , foam splashed from his mouth , even if it was I've got scars haven't you ? . Standing in dung doesn't bother them , boxes are cleaned every night when Horse Guards is closed .

The dung is not left there, it is cleared away by duty soldiers . Where are the mounds of dung you write about? There are none.The scar you mention is not a scar it is sputum foam from the horse tossing its head up and backwards.
