Very very good recipe I tried today excellent result

Tried it today..turned out super delicious. I used regular basmati rice instead of idli rice. My batter didnt ferment like yours so put lemon amd eno, mixed it nicely nd then straight put it for steaming. Tirned out super soft. Thank u 👍🏻

I only made horsegram chutney but never idli. now i have this delicious idli recipe. thanks for posting this recipe.

Its raw rice which is bit less polished and in grocery store its sold as dosa rice.

Raw rice. I wrote dosa rice because it's bit unpolished and price is bit less. Sold in groceries as dosa rice.
