All horses love to be doing something, they even thrive on routine. This man obvioulsy loves his horse, she goes when he asks her, her ears are listening to him, there is no cruelty in this video. Im off to blackpool next week, if I see molly I will hitch a ride!!

Molly is a happy well cared for horse,just listen to the relationship during my ride.Her ears were turning to her owner constantly.They pull by a big collar around the head the mouth piece is just for steering.Thanks for watching :)

I really want to go in a horse drawn carriage when I go to Blackpool next year as I didn't get the chance when I went in 2012... some of the horses seem really cared for as I had seen/heard in the video and as I had seen walking past many in 2012...

I love the traditional horse and carriages. None of the silly fantasy, fairy tale, Disney style princess horses with sparkle hooves and unicorns style you see today.

Thank you so much for uploading this video, I have always wanted to go on a horse carriage. In fact I told my friend I was going to Blackpool last February but when I told her I was going to go on a horse carriage; She made out it was cruelty to animals as they getting pulled by the mouth. I don't think this is true but I didn't go on. :(

These poor horses are working, pulling these HEAVY carriages in red hot weather and they don’t even have access to clean water, or ANY water

It’s cost-prohibitive to maintain a permanent sanctuary for the countless numbers of horses who break down in this industry. Instead, many worn-out horses are slaughtered and turned into food for dogs or for carnivores in zoos, or else they’re shipped overseas for human consumption.

This business is horrendous. They run the horses up and down the place, constantly. The last time I was their, I saw the same horses over and over again going up and down in the matter of half an hour perhaps. These poor horses don't deserve this.

After being in Blackpool I am disgusted to see, the poor horse drawn "Cinderella" style carriages are still there. The horses, I am guessing, the same ones we saw 12 hours later ( can not be sure) were struggling. We saw one horse 10 hours later, ( again, can not be sure the same horse) stood clinging in it's back leg. Not once in our hours up and down the promenade did I see a horse being petted,fed or watered by their keepers. Each ride is £20. To no cost to their human's. I would love to be corrected and reassured. However, after just googling "Blackpool horse and carriage ". It is evident there are acts of cruelty with petitions in place. You no longer see donkeys on the beach for the same reason. Yes it looks like a 'Disney' experience, but these horses do not turn back into mice at 12.00. If you agree please share this post. The ignorance of anyone supporting this cruel entertainment is beyond belief! There is one horse in particular a brown piebald who is incredibly thin and very lame, if you see it you know which one it is as it’s on other KZread videos…that poor horse needs rescuing. This needs banning and the fat lazy drivers need to go and work as hard as these horses do to earn their own living. Bullshit to saying he has a relationship with this animal it’s just doing as it is told with no choice but to crack up the road at 30 mph! I’ve just come back again from Blackpool and when I see it, it makes me realise that there is more ignorance and stupidity around today than ever!

Horrible :( what life have these poor horses got must say it ruins my holiday , way overworked and this doesn't fool anyone which an inch of sense , of u really care for the horse let her enjoy the summer I instead of working from morning till night ashamed :(

Absolutely disgusting poor horses obviously animal abuse these poor horses are over worked all day it’s so upsetting to see this I won’t come to Blackpool again it should be banned if you cared about your horse you wouldn’t do this your a disgrace
