Jetzt haben wir die ganze Zeit von dem ✨ neuen ✨ Dosiersystem AirVac unserer Einzelkornsämaschine HORSCH Maestro berichtet, doch was verbirgt sich hinter dem AirSpeed Dosierer? 🤔
Prinzipiell handelt es sich beim AirSpeed System um ein ähnliches Dosierprinzip wie beim bereits vorgestellten AirVac System. An sich sind die gleichen Komponenten darin verbaut, genauso ist der Luftstrom in die gleiche Richtung ausgerichtet. Der kleine, aber feine Unterschied liegt in der Vereinzelung bei der ⏩ Kornaufnahme ⏪. Diese erfolgt hier mit Überdruck. Es wird also aktiv Luft in das System hineingedrückt - sozusagen wird das Saatgut mit vollem Speed an die Dosierscheibe gedrückt. Um maximale Effizienz zu erreichen, muss der Überdruckbereich abgedichtet sein.
Anschließend erfolgt die ⏪ Kornabgabe ⏩ als aktiver Transport mittels Schussrohr und eines weiteren Luftstroms. In der Saatfurche angekommen, wird das Saatgut abgefangen und durch Fangrollen eingebettet. Auch hier überwacht ein Sensor die Vereinzelungsgenauigkeit und gibt alle Daten an das Terminal weiter.

Now we have talked all the time about the ✨ new ✨ AirVac metering system of our single grain seed drill HORSCH Maestro, but what is behind the AirSpeed system? 🤔
Basically, the metering principle of the AirSpeed system is similar to the AirVac system. In fact, the same components are used, and the air flow is directed in the same direction. The small but subtle difference is in the singulation of the ⏩ grain uptake ⏪. In this case it is carried out by means of overpressure. Air is actively pressed into the system - so the seed is pressed against the metering disc at full speed. To achieve maximum efficiency, the overpressure area must be sealed.
Subsequently, ⏪ grain release ⏩ takes place as an active transport by means of a shoot pipe and another air stream. Once in the seed furrow, the seed is caught and embedded by catching rollers. Here, too, a sensor monitors the singulation accuracy and transfers all data to the terminal.
