Honestly, this was a suggested because I’m a horror fanatic, however I wanna say, I saw a couple comments being mean about your choices, but the horror community SHOULD know, no matter your opinion on some movies, we should be grateful that more people are in the horror space now (not saying you’re new just saying horror lovers were rarer till more recent), most people I talk to are too scared to watch horror, so we should be thankful people are finding their own passions in the horror world, heck my favourites are Halloween, but just because they’re popular doesn’t mean they’re perfect, sure I wouldn’t agree with this list but any true horror fan should be happy people are finding their loved franchises in this genre

i respect your list and choices, but i have to disagree with jennifers body as a masterpiece. its a great movie, but i personally wouldnt put it over Get Out. Have you seen Doctor Sleep? I thought it was a really good sequel to the shining and would put it in the 'Near Perfect Tier'

no I haven't seen doctor sleep! for the older, classic movies I typically don't watch the new remake or sequels. I tend to dislike them, like the newer pet semetary. I did not like it!

Texas Chainsaw would be higher for me and Conjuring would be in "entertaining" but the rest are spot on. I'd throw The Exorcist on there too under Masterpiece. The Purge is actually my favorite modern horror franchise. I dig all the movies and the TV show. I have not seen The Strangers, but I just watched the trailer and can't believe that I missed it. I absolutely love the director Bryan Bertino's more recent movie The Dark and the Wicked.

One of my all time favorite horror comedies is idle hands and none of my friends can stand It. This is just “her” list. It’s not the list to end all lists lol… list.

I agree with the majority of this list. Personally, I think the purge is absolute 🐕 💩. I'm shocked 1408 isn't on there. That movie was fire.

I loved frozen, Final destination, hush, Cabin in the woods. I hated midsommer. You are so pretty 😍

How’re you gonna put Halloween in S and Friday the 13th in D they’re extremely similar 😂 if you Friday the 13th isn’t your thing Halloween isn’t either 🤪 either you like exploitation or you don’t. Further Friday the 13th created just as many tropes as Halloween did so it would be pretty disingenuous to call it derivative. You need to watch Friday the 13th again it is iconic. For further research I suggest watching The Prowler (1981) The Slumber Party Massacre Funhouse Creepshow April Fools Day

They're not extremely similar at all. Halloween is a far better movie and that's the general consensus whatever your view on it is. And what absolute nonsense saying if you don't like one you shouldn't like the other. I like Godfather Part II but I don't particularly like Godfather Part III and I certainly wouldn't put them in the same tier. 😂

The notion that Friday the 13th and the original Halloween are "the same" is bizarre. Even more bizarre than some of her "only zoomers would say this" picks. No one, anywhere, thinks those movies are the same.
