You get a strange feeling of being watched, right before you see a horde of... people? Walk past your house. You jolt upright out of your chair in terror, watching them pass. Only one notices you, and all the person does is snarl before walking away. This is the start of something terrifying. ( Love the music, by the way. Perfect for writing creepy stories. )

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I tend to listen to instrumental arrangements like this when I paint. I mostly paint abstracts on canvas with spray paint and acrylic. Stuff like this gets me into that headspace (if that makes any sense). I grew up on a healthy diet of science fiction/fantasy/and horror. Thanks for this. Cheers!

I've been looking for this piece for ages!!! Heard it on one of those 'ghost story' channels and loved it. Finally found it! :D

I can't get over how well the sound design for this is, seriously this fits perfectly for music ambience that would be great games like Fallout exploring a area filled with ghouls. Been listening since 2018, can't get enough of it, I'm going through college learning to do audio design and I can't help but wonder how the hell did you manage to create something this great in MAGIX music maker?!

Thank you so much for this! I'm doing some analog horror and debating whether to use just plain static or some ambience. You just made my descion for me. Thank you.

It sounds like a menu song for a typical "walk through woods and don't get killed" horror game.

How is it that you create ambience like this, besides slowing and altering the sound of machines like a freezer to hell and back. As in like some of the other sounds besides the constant drone which sometimes shifts.

:D The software that I use, MAGIX music maker, has multiple soundpools that can be purchased for $30. One of them includes "Cinematic Soundscapes" which includes a number of drones, wind effects, and pads. I take some of the creepier ones, modify it a bit, and choose the pitch with its MIDI.

DM used this in a D&D session, when we got teleported to some blank, red wasteland filled with eldritch horrors. It's fucking thematic, I genuinely got goosebumps from this and the descriptions he made. This is good stuff here.
