Hi. Thanks for the lively playthrough. Just a remark about the Wolf Man's Cure : it is an item and p. 15, the rules specify that "As soon as the six spots are filled, the current player takes the Cure from the mat. The Cure may be given to another Hero using the Share action." So it works like an item token : all Heroes don't own it at the same time. To defeat the Wolf Man, it is written : "If a Hero has the Cure, that Hero may defeat the Wolf Man", so your Investigator (see 41:55) should have had the other Hero give him the Cure before he could try to defeat the Wolf...

Yikes that was a nailbiter. I guess in 6 months this will hit Europe and I will be sitting in the cabin, by the fireplace, with a classic horror on and play this.

Keep in mind, we had 2 cards that really impacted us big time! One allowed us to skip drawing a monster card and the other gave us 2 bonus actions. Ended up saving us!

Subbed.. I enjoy your enthusiasm "I get away and they pull me back in!!!" haha. All the way through this game -> "It's totally up to you... here's what you should do" DUDE!!! LOL Great ending to the game. Re the boat rule, On Watch it Played he said you move to whatever the next color is, you don't need to do it one X at a time and discard all those tokens. So if you are on the start space and you discard blue, the boat moves directly to the blue X (not sure it's true as I haven't played it yet, but might want to check that rule).

i watched it to and i think it makes much more sense then discard all those diferent kind of tokens it would take you way to many tokens to even be possible to defeat him.

Maybe you should let Amanda play lol.

Wow! What a nail-biting ending! And at the beginning you were complaing about your character power, which ended up saving you :) Hope this game will be available in Europe soon! Looks fantastic - like Pandemic and Eldritch had a baby :)

I know! I couldn't get used to this new character, but she really came through at the end!

22:03 it's not your choice the Wolfman should move towards her because she is THE HUNTED he always moves towards the hunted unless he is frenzied and it is the frenzy action.

Prospero Hall PLEASE help me with my confusion about the Wolfman!! I know he moves towards the hunted BUT if he is in, or stops in a space on his way to moving towards the hunted that has other people in it does he attack them????

In 41:54 the active hero has to have the cure token for him to defeat the werewolf. He didn’t have the cure. She did.

I believe as long as a cure has been discovered, any active player may cure.

Wait, I thought you moved the number of squares of the token you played with the Black Lagoon monster? That's incredibly brutal if you have to discard over 20 items (since he's going to move you back at least a few times). I thought the trick with it is that you had to keep all 3 colors around since you'd never know which color you'd need. So glad for the playthrough and you coming through in the end.

Yup, came here to say, with the Creature, you discard a color item and go to that next color BYPASSING the other colors. (Think of Candyland boardgame.) You do not need to play every color on the path for the boat. So if you play a red, you go to the next red. Play a yellow, go to the next yellow. You still need to play the best color to put you furthest along the path.

The creature isn't quite as hard as you explained. You don't have to spend one token just to move one space, you spend a colored token and move to the next open space of that color. You can actually skip many spaces with one move.

You can choose how many you want, from 1-6! Though, if you choose 6, you're dead. :D

A tad for sure, but I like this much more.

You have to be there player with the cure to beat the Wolfman. I'm this case, Amanda should have had the cure and you would have had to have gotten it from her to defeat him. Also, you described the Creature incorrectly when explaining how to beat him. It's really just a small Candyland board and you jump to the next "X" of the color you played.
