Why is the Horizon Cat always whistling in the rigging? Almost every video I have watched with any kind of wind has this sound. I feel like it would drive me nuts!

We are in SC with big tides also. Our Horizon Cat manages well enough, but there have been times, in light wind, when we have sailed backwards.

Chas, I can't give you a number in degrees but it is not going to be as close to the wind as most sloops. She is a fat, sturdy, stable boat and a joy to sail but not going to win many races. Thanks for the comments.

Yeah, I know I have wrinkles in the luff. Reefing hook on the goose neck was hung up and I didn't figure it out 'till later.
