Музыка

Hard Knock Tv's Nick Huff Barili sits down with Hopsin at his house for an in depth interview. Part 3 is here! We had to wait to release it because Hop wanted people to see the video first before we put out the interview talking about it. In this video Hopsin breaks down what's been going on in his personal life the last two years which caused him to write Ill Mind Of Hopsin 9. From breaking up with his girlfriend, to finding out she was pregnant with his kid to being denied a visa to enter into Australia to see his kid. Hopsin get personal with this one! Still more to come! Nick and Hop talked for over 3 hours. Make sure to subscribe to / hardknocktv to be the first to be notified for the next part of Hopsin and Nick's conversation. For those of you that are always asking what equipment do we use, you can find it all here: www.amazon.com/shop/hardknocktv

This is why it never lasts. True Love by both people last through thick and thin. I know people who have been married over 50 years, they still go through trouble, but they make it through it together. Most people don't even know what love is. None of us really know the whole situation. I heard through the grapevine he cheated on her. You don't know her side of the story. All we hear is what this guy tells us.

    I've never left a comment on a youtube video but this one hit me too hard, Im a young dad (23) to two beautiful boys (5 + 2) and after my relationship broke down I too got the chance to be a dad pulled away from me. I got to spend three months getting to know my own son and fall in love with him only to have him ripped away and used against me in the fight with my ex. ive always had slight depression from being bullied as a kid and the "system" have decided thats enough reason to say on paper that I'm basically an unhinged monster. When all I want to do is see my sons It kills me every day. the system is corrupt as fuck and its never talked about from the male perspective. massive respect for this interview. Can I like this twice? #Staystronghopsin

    Andrew Warner Hey Andrew I read your comment and wanted to say something...I can tell you from personal experience that my Mom did that stupid shit with me & my siblings, meanwhile my Dad never said a bad word about her to us kids, and now that we're all grown, we have basically no relationship with our Mom and are all really close with our Dad. My point is that kids see through the petty bs and end up resenting the parent who didn't want the best intentions for them in having both parents in their life. Esp if the Dad wants to be there. If I could offer you any advice, it would be to hold your tongue in saying anything bad about their Mom to them, (even as much as you might hate her) and let your sons make the decision on how they feel about it all. If you take the higher road, kids look up to you for that and respect and love you for it too. Karma is a very real thing and the Mom of your kids will have to experience that one day. You just do you and keep your head high and it will work out in the end.

    @@chicksue7030 same thing with me and my siblings, mom tried to take us away from our dad and used us as pawns in the divorce. He fought hard to stay in our lives. When we got older we saw it for what it really is, and we chose to live with our dad as soon as we were old enough to choose for ourselves. We are way closer to our dad and I think a big part of it is knowing how our mom tried to keep him away from us (she also tried to ruin his life, but that's a long story) and it was for selfish reasons, not in our best interest. Kids grow up and eventually they understand, and they'll know who really had their back and who didn't

    Yall tripping. Yall saying he had a chance to fight the case. If I was him I would have plead guilty. Why risk what I have going for me knowing that first off i gotta crazy ex, bridges is kinda burnt with Australia, and hes not 100% sure its his kid. If it was his kid hes doing the right thing by coming back and picking up and finishing what he started. atleast when he grows up he'll realizes he has a father and that he wanted to be there but his mom was being a dick. And too me thats what i saw in the music video. him relaying information to his future son in a song that his kid will see in the future. that music video will be the key to him getting a chance to see his kid. Therefore going back to old statement, on how he should have plead guilty. Why risk his career when he knows that he can establish a bond with his son thru music therefore giving them the chance to bring them closer and when it happens he'll have way more money and fame to be able to give his son the world and repay him back for all the birthdays he missed. that was smart as fuck. im for his decision. yall trpping.

    Do you realise how naive your paragraph sounds. " he can establish a bond with his son thru music" do you know how much bullshit that is by the time the kid will come across his music and fully understand what has been going on, a decade would've passed by. On top of that, by pleading guilty, do you really think the kid will (after years of conditioning) believe that this person who his mother will say abused him (and the court records will show that) did not actually do it? In fact on top of all this, Hopsin doesn't even know if the kid is his, unless the person the girl cheated with wasn't black, it will be so easy for the girl to say that the other man is the father. By the time DNA testing gets involved (if the child chooses to) he will be around 18+. In conclusion, pleading guilty may save his career but it ain't gone help with his child at all

    Thats a lot of speculation as well. In reality we don't know whats going to happen. Yes, that sounds very realistic but we're agreeing that hopsin is probably doing the best he can being in the situation that he's in. She could definitely let him see his son if something changes or not and if it is hopsins son I'm sure within the first 10 years of that childs life someone will tell him that hopsin is his dad. But him staying there and fighting the case also does nothing to help his child cause when one parent has physical custody of the child it takes even longer to get rights to see the child or she could just put hop in a really worse spot. He also said he wasted so much money dealing with this, also a $20,000 ring I recall him buying, could totally be exaggerated, but theres a great reason to plead guilty, leave country and go back and do shows.

  • @MusicIsAWayOfLife123

    @MusicIsAWayOfLife123

    You're right about how long it will take to get rights, but for the long run it would've been the correct decision. Australia are now able to ban him from coming just on the basis of him pleading guilty. The loss of money is annoying but this is a child we're talking about money ain't really a factor for Hopsin to worry about. Now he's lost the fight of course its eating him up but hadn't he it woulda been worth it

    I've been there too. I had my ex do the dirty on me at a time where our relationship was very unstable. It was dying and there was nothing i could do to save it. We lived together in a mother and baby unit (me 19 and her 17) and i was working stupid hours throughout the week for really shit money. I would come home and have her take her stress out on me to the point where i no longer felt valued by her. I was just the guy she waited for to come home to look after our kid so she could detach herself from life. I know that women need a break, and that a lot of women grow depressed after giving birth, but this was different. It was like she didn't want to be around me or him, and as if she was gone mentally and emotionally. At every given opportunity she would try to get away from me and leave me with our son so she could disappear. At first i thought it was about space, her finding some time to relax and to vent out to her friends about how she felt but really it was a means for her to live a different life entirely. She started ignoring my calls/texts. Would talk to me like shit. Never thanked me for working. Never appreciated that i still got up 2-3 times a night (shared routine) to help feed and change our son despite having barely any time to sleep. She turned her already disappointed parents against me and had them convinced i was no good for her or our boy. She would talk badly of me to her circle of 'friends' and mock me, just to make herself feel good. I felt like i was the guy who had ruined her life. I never felt good enough for her or my son. It was heartbreaking. She would take advantage of the fact that i felt bad and when she would go see her friends it often involved her having a drink or being around other men. I knew that something was up and acknowledged that it perhaps wasn't all her, but no matter how hard i tried to please her or to comfort her she still pulled herself further away from me. I could see that she was trying to push me out of our flat and wanted me gone, but she never had the balls to tell me directly. It first began with her saying "Why don't we have some space for a while." "Stay at your mums or a friend's for a couple weeks, and come back to see us during that time and we'll see how it goes from there." We argued when i pointed out that i knew what she wanted and then the emotional abuse started. She would tell me that i'd ruined her life by getting her pregnant. She would call me a loner because of the fact that i distanced myself from people i grew up with (people that were hooked on drugs with no responsibility). She would say i was boring (due to working all the time) and not having the energy to socialise with her friends (people that i knew were bad company, on drugs and not the sort of people i wanted around my son). Then she would say things like she never loved me anyway and that i was a mistake and that my son would be better off without me. It was at this point i knew i had to leave. I ended up moving in with a friend and watched my son grow up from a distance. I wasn't allowed to go to her house to see him. The police were called when i did. I watched her bring other people back to her flat to be around my son despite not being able to hold him or put him to bed myself. I made sure i paid my child maintenance from the very beginning just to make sure that when she pulled that card out i had something to fight back with. I was a young man going through major changes during a time where things outside of my relationship were extremely difficult too. My mother had moved away. I had no father. I had left school not knowing what to do or how to achieve anything. I had been living in supported housing. It was the worst part of my life. All i can remember at the time was feeling a rage that i was trying desperately not to let overwhelm me. How do you be a good person after being treated so badly by somebody you valued so much. It can drive you to despair... I toughed it out despite wanting to end my life a number of times and fought hard to see my son even when she was a complete and utter bitch to me. I've seen her have several boyfriends/partners and watched them all interact with my son but remained calm and focused throughout it all. I'm now in a relationship with somebody i have been with for nearly 5 years and i'm happier than i ever was back then. My son is 6 now and regularly spends time with me and adores being around my partner. The moral of the story is people lose themselves. You or I aren't exempt from that. People will do you wrong. Turn on you when you least expect it and you will have to learn to deal with things quicker than your brain can figure out how to deal with it all. Us men need to talk more. Stay strong Hop.

    +Flux Music Group He has cut ties, like he said on "All Your Fault" and another song on the previous record before "No Shame" called "No Fucks Given". And besides, Hopsin wouldn't have to possess that mentality you're referring to if it wasn't for the people who he NEVER thought would fuck him over at the time (Dame, SwizZz and Alyce). It's not like he woke up one morning and automatically/randomly said, "I'm gonna have this mentality!" Now, I'm not saying that he's perfect either. We all know he has made mistakes like he admitted on "Marcus' Gospel" and other songs as well as interviews, but given that Hop has been doing a whole lot better with his current label in just 2 years than he did with "Funk Volume" in 6 or 7, and the fact that instead of Alyce telling her side of the story right away she deleted her social media accounts (clearly proving she was in the wrong and couldn't stand to take the heat), I can't see Hop at fault at least in THOSE particular situations.

    I don't really listen to Hopsin like I used to. I just listened to No Shame the other day and thought it was a fantastic improvement from some of the reasons I stopped listening to him. That aside, in these interviews, has always been consistently down to Earth, humble, and puts it all out there. I genuinely hope he figures something out with this spiteful woman, or maybe she'll come to her senses at some point.

    Dude listening to this broke my heart. Massive respect for him for even being able to discuss this situation. I have been in the exact same boat as him and it took 2 years and thousands in lawyer fees to see my baby girl. Much respect to Hop for opening up about this and for his attitude to a truly fked situation.

    11:28 it’s so sad how he even asked for the bare minimum in facetiming him for only FIVE MINUTES. tragic and truly saddening to see a human being go through this
