Hopak dance

I am well aware that these are dances invented by Zaporizhian Cossacks (Ukrainians) I DO NOT SUPPORT COMMUNISM (I am not stupid)
if you don't like Ukraine or Russia keep it to yourself. This channel is focused on dancing!
If you love Ukraine ENJOY!
If you don't like Ukraine ignore the flag at the end (I'm writing this for the reason that it's pretty hard to please people these days.

It's worse when you pseudo succeed. One of my friends fell on his ass trying to do it so me being ultra competitive gave it a shot, stretched out, warmed up and started - then immediately lost my balance and started backpeddaling but since I'm reasonably capable from gymnastics and karate managed to stay upright and strain the muscles in my back, stomach and upper thighs. In hindsight I'd have been better off falling on my ass.

Applies to most professional dances tbh. For example, ballet - it's stylized to look easy, "etheral", but most people wouldn't be able to repeat even the most basic movements without falling out of balance immediately, because of too weak muscles.
