I know Fred dad said he was sorry for being hard on his son even know it was justified as Fred never did anything big with his life and it clear his family got fed up and tired of his childish behaviour And you can Tell his Dad is not really the bad guy just a dad who got fed up with his son for not being responsible and realizing his own mistakes

Well, Gary Cole had a role in 2006, the film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby starring Will Ferrell playing Ricky Bobby's dad, Reese Bobby.
