it feels pretty dry after cleaning. it’s just damp.

From my experience it depends on material, but key thing is you never want to soak your couch to much. Prob 2 pass with water then 2 pass without. Let it dry then do it again if stain is bad. You should always pre treat and scrub prior

you fill it to the top of the container. i’m not sure how many cups that would equate to exactly.
