    Twenty-first century employers look for critical thinking and problem solving skills. Fact regurgitation is no longer needed thanks to the Internet.

    Katie Akin I think that’s a problem because you have people that don’t know anything that act like they do and it’s all thanks to the Internet, so many people in my generation are rather arrogant.
