This is the 1st time I've been able to attend this car show. I've wanted to for a very long time but living in Arizona didn't allow me to......Until now. We have moved back to Nebraska and actually live very close to the town of Hooper. We looked for a place in Hooper to buy when we moved back here but it's such small town that it's really hard to find one your happy with. But we only live about 15 miles away so it's very easy to get to. This town is a gas....3 bars too. Great food, good people and some really nice cars. This show has been put on for the last 24 years now and I really hope it keeps going. The weather was great, got a little sprinkle in the morning and sun burn the rest of the day. I even got to spend some time with my cousin who has the "63 Chevy pickup that's in front of me. He's a great guy and fun to be around. Anywho, I won my class on the 1997-2004 C5 Corvette category. II was pretty happy with that and surprised I won. There were 4 cars in my class. Now on to the next show that will be on July 13th. That show will be like 3 times the size of this one. It's in Fremont too and that's the town I live in as well.
