You are brave! I always want to go there for the old building photography, but my husband has a fit. Stockton has a lot of history. Would love to get some of it before they are torn down. back in the day, the newspaper would put numbers on the neighborhoods on the rental & buying section. Best to the worst. Stay safe!

I grew up on Filbert south of Main (60's and 70's) and it was not that bad. Had a friend that lived on Anderson that I'd come back to see, and it had gone downhill, a lot more drug dealers around. My mom finally sold the old house in 2004 or so.

Way back in the 50's, lived in Sacramento, North side. We had cousins, that lived in Stockton. They were the rich side of the family.

I have live in Stockton many years and like many other places they have different types of neighborhoods so No not all of Stockton is hood So this video is downton Stockton were many of the houses are old So if you go up to Hammer lane better looking neighborhoods So we have poor, middle, and high neighborhoods

I grew up there. It was way worse in the 90's. Started getting better in the early 2000's then the housing crisis, city bankruptcy then started going to shit again. Some parts of Stockton are nice but most isn't. But I love my people there, alot of good hard working people, and alot of idiots.

@@ridemotoeveryday After the 90’s when Stockton CA was building all those new homes, all those people from Oakland CA and the Bay Area start moving out there because housing was cheap, however they brought their same problems to the Valley. I knew the peace ✌️ in the valley wouldn’t last long with all the surrounding cities of people trying to flee their problems but then make bigger ones. That California Governor is making it worse. Now you have the great exodus from California

This area of Stockton is some of the first part of Stockton built. It has the oldest buildings and stores. But these streets looks pretty clean. Not much trash or illegal dumping. No big crowds of people.

There was alot more palm trees in this area in years past. You'd see country roads and long driveways leading to farms and town lined with them and not just in stocton but throughout the valley.

Every time you get by airport I think this is the time he will show La Victoria’s -the pink store-🐷 lol maybe next time!

Stockton actually have lots of nice areas

The roads in Stockton aren't really that bad, so it doesn't affect the camera that much. I'm in Sacramento but I'm staying in Stockton. If I get a chance to record more in Stockton I'll try to include some of that.

Come to Atherton. It’s not too far. We hella hood even though it’s supposed to be “rich”. I know kids in my school who vape. I’m white but it’s definitely hood here in Atherton.

@Blunted206 Its a small little rich town with hella old retired folks. In the south Bay near SF. Menlo Park wich Atherton is next to is home of Facebook Google and other tech companys. all these cities part of silicon valley. It borders some ghettoish cities. East Palo Alto is pretty sketch but the rest of the city hella nice. Stanford near there. Redeood city is decent some lower income areas but nice city. The nearest city thats dangerous is San Jose that has bad parts but thats like 30 mins away and San Francisco wich is 40 to an hour away depending what part of town zm3d everyone know how fucked up SF is now even tho I love that city and imma Giants fan but besides that Oakland Hayward Richmond Vallejo Pittsburg ect. Over an hour away so idk how this full mentioning Atherton lmao!🤣
