So the reason why Yuji and Choso are brothers is because the same dude that’s using Geto’s body is the father of the cursed wombs (Choso) and used Yuji’s mother as a vessel before Yuji was born. Choso realized he was Yuji’s half-brother when Yuji was about to die because the cursed wombs can feel when one of their siblings dies. Yuji is also somewhat super human because he’s the product of a curse user.

Lunar and Vash, Choso can sense when his brothers die and Yuji died during their fight before being brought back by Sukuna. Yuki is the son of Kenjaku and Sukunas reincarnated twin brother who Sukuna ate in the womb. Yuji had no idea about cursed energy or anything but he was plenty strong growing up

You don't need to be a manga-reader to understand. The anime explains it. In season 2 Choso's other brothers explain that when one of their blood is close to death, they can feel each other. Choso couldn't tell until Yuji was about to die and then, it was shown as flashback for the sake of the viewers but it was more like a feeling Choso had - the same feeling he got when his other two brothers were close to death. As for relation, Kenjaku, the curse living in Geto's body, has fathered a lot of kids; some of them with other curses which is why they come out as a pure curse like Choso but also some with humans which is why they come half-human with extra abilities like Yuji.

43:20 LIGHT MANGA SPOILERS Basically Choso and his brothers (the curse womb paintings) are kids that a man named Noritoshi Kamo (the kamo clan uses blood based powers) forced a woman to get aborted. Choso is the oldest of those brother's and he can tell when any of his brothers is close to death, so when he beat yuji he could tell he was his brother. BIG MANGA SPOILERS Noritoshi Kamo was known as one of the most evil sorcerers in history. But Noritoshi Kamo was really a dude named Kenjaku who can take people's bodies by putting his brain in their corpse. Kenjaku at some point took the body of Yuji's mom and got pregnant by yuji's dad which is why he and Choso share blood (so in super simple terms Choso's father is Yuji's mother). EVEN BIGGER MANGA SPOILERS the specific reason Kenjaku chose Yuji's father is because he was a reincarnation of sukuna's twin brother and that's why yuji was so strong without cursed energy
