Kung straight na mga Business Owners hindi maglakas loob lalo na deal sa gobyerno at matagal magabayad ang gobyerno sa totoo lang. So given this, kung wala ka connect hindi ka papasok sa ganyang risk. saka ang bilis ng bayaran na halaga bilyon. So what's the COA's saying, and echoed by the congress' stalwarts of the administration, that there was no overpricing--when in the Pharmally's price catalog it was much much cheaper compared to what the gov't has paid for said goods? The only logical explanation would be that Pharmally had to raise their prices to be able to recoup for the unnecessary or indirect expenses they had to pay in terms of commissions to the different gov't officials involved in the procurement process. This has been the practice since time immemorial in any gov't offices whether in LGU's or in National gov't offices.

Overprice sa DOTR/ so Tugade was also involved in that corruption 😡

Binigyan ko sila ng 45 days to pay consignment ba tinawagan ko mga chek'wa sa china at binigyan ako ng 90 days to pay. Pina dala nila lahat ng PPE Na kailagan ng pharmally. Tapos negosio ito 5/6 ang patubo ko. Ano problema. Ano gusto mo wala akong kikitain.Ano ka hilo kung hindi sila nag bayad di ako Naman papatayin ng manufacturers sa china.

NPA 3. dilawan Sila yung kapamilya ng kadiliman sa Pilipinas na napag tagumpayan nating Filipino na buwagin. Yung ingay nila ngayon, hindi na pina niniwalaan ng tao, pinag tatawanan na lang.
