Easy 9 with versatility, pleasing colors, great overall dynamic range, great nighttime shots, good video through main and uw lens as well as good enough video through tele lens as well and that too in certain challenging situations as well. Plus, it also has probably the most stress-free display out there with 1920hz of PWM dimming which is great for sensitive eyes like mine.

Overall it's a good phone especially the kind of deal Honor is giving. Free watch and buds makes it more compelling. BTW which one. Would you pick for cameras. S22+ or. the magic 4 pro @emkwan

The camera Honor magic 4 pro is still against the light a bit it sucks during daytime photos it requires a low light to get the best picture during daytime and the iPhone 13 pro is still superior in daytime photos, but during nightime photos the honor 4 magic pro really shines out the most better than DSLR cameras and iPhone 13 pro combined and the best nightime photography belongs to honor magic 4 pro as in 2022

When you Zoom in, the audio of respective distance is captured. it has been informed when Mate 40 pro plus was launched.

Thanks for the review, Emkwan. May I gently suggest that in future, it's more useful to show the zoom pix at 3x, 5x, 10x and 15x as these cover the range that is used 99% of the time. The 100x is just a marketing gimmick (started by Samsung). Thanks again.

Sound has zoom too, that way your video sound when you zooming up start to record sound from the sea :)

i honestly think people expect miracles with smartphone cameras . its amazing what they are capable of and as a point and shoot are incredible . even to have a decent zoom lens is amzing considering how small the product is they pack this tech into

Can it take portraits with it's 3.5X telephoto lens or is it just cropping in at 2X from the main camera? Please reply. Thanks

Great review, thank you Microphone sounds terrible. When zooming you also lose mic pickup and this is a standard feature!

my vote goes to it for the wide angle front camera!

Maybe the audio decreses when zoomed because of the audio zoom technology?

To me this is imo is the best smartphone for me. Too bad that we won't get it here in India and after wasting so much money, I am too broke to afford it even 🥲 overall a great review and a great phone with all the goodies. Kinda weird that everyone is busy removing things from the box and Vivo, Honor, Xiaomi, Oppo are bundling too much stuff.

That's true. What they are including in the box is seriously impressive.

For those wondering about the zoom, it cannot use the optical zoom or ultrawide in video mode. It only uses the main 50 MP sensor. I know, disappointing :( That 64 MP telephoto is only for photos.

Is the 5x zoom decent in 4k video ??...

Already have it....the 100x zoom function is quite good and features is work like honor advertising....and it got 4 years security update

it does not have an awesome camera, I will say it is above average and they have to improve their camera by some software updates, the dynamic range is not top notch and the video stability is not also really impressive, and in 3dm benchmark it is only giving 60 or 59 percent stability hope honor will fix these issues

Why my m4p camera keep on "unable to connect camera", and i need to keep on clear cache, restart hp 😭😭. This is sickening. After restart, sometimes can use the camera, sometimes need to restart and restart again. At time i can use the camera, the pict is not that sharp, video also not clear
