All this is just hdr brightness marketed like a scam, your sustainable avg brightness wouldn't even be 1/4th of that. Cheap chinese companies do it the most

That 4000 and 6000 means nothing, iPhone 15 Pro and S24 Ultra probably be way brighter even though having less than half the brightness in numbers.

Got the V2 foldable. Very impressive, this Honor Huawei.

If both the varient has same spec, and I'm assuming you need some demanding task to be done, I would recommend i9 one. One gen difference will not be as significant as i9 and i7. So i9 no brainer, assuming a same price.

The 4000 nits is peak brightness. It's not sustained brightness, and never translates to real life scenarios.

why do these manufacturers lie about their brightness? cause most of the time those numbers don't translate in the real world testing..

They're not lieing.. the top brightness is always referred to as PEAK brightness. It does hit that number but only in small windows. Like if you're watching HDR content for example and the video is showing the SUN that little section might hit 4000.
