Only thing I think that really jumps out as wrong, for me, is move Topaz down one and move DHIL up one. Maybe move regular Dan Heng up one as well, but then again only in a pure single target situation against Wind weak so maybe not. Other than that you nailed it. Of course also Acheron goes on God tier but shes not out yet so...

DHIL placement makes sense just because everyone gets Ratio for free but he definitely is god tier level. Him and jingliu have the highest DMG potential in the game right now

@@Ganobrator My DHIL hits a lot harder than my Jingliu, but that might be because hes E2S1 while shes only E1S1. Like a lot harder though, and he does it from his first turn rather than his third turn.

​@@KakavashaForeverI think DHIL has more dmg potential, jingliu is a lot more comfy, no stress about SP, WAY easier to build with free CV, while also doing some of the best dmg in the game. If you invested in them both equally Id say jingliu is still better just due to how easy she is WITH sparkle though?? Dan heng absolutely is way better, my E0S1 dan heng is doing WAY more dmg now with sparkle (Shes giving 98 Crit dmg for me, e0 s0) My DHIL is doing about 140-160K at 75 CR and 200 CD. (My DHIL without sparkle buffs has about 112 CD)

@@sleebees Agreed across the board. DHIL was not comfy to play before Sparkle, Jinglui is very comfy no matter what. Its like Fu Xuan vs Luocha, Fu Xuan is technically better but nothing is as comfy as Luocha being your sustain.

I think that DHIL goes into the god tier after Sparkle's release, and he has jingliu damage potential, his only nerf is the consumption of points, but that problem goes away with sparkle (same with qq).

@@shadezy i mean i can see it, but based on that acheron can be considered only an A tier DPS, she needs 2 nihility if she's not E2, and her signature LC to boost her greatly. i think that if you're planning to do a tier list every patch it is just normal to consider new characters that supports them.

@@manfredirizzo6999 yea i think if i gotta make another tier list for dps only, when acheron release she'll be in the A tier. Cause she's super not f2p friendly. The damage different is just too big. That's why i made specifically for dps. If ya wanna se the general tier list, i made it as well for the 2.0

Cause her kit doesnt really focus on DOT. She's more towards AOE

Mfw a god tier character can't function at all in PF. Seele still not recognized as the strongest DPS really goes to show more proof is needed. S tier is for like Tectone tier Seele, incompetence in gameplay and build.
