Now good Sir, would you allow me to tell you a story about a contradictory yet impossibly deep love, and the fate of the girl who married Humanity? Long, long ago, around 50k years before, the Honkai declared war on humanity, just like nowadays in the Current Era. Its goal: the trial of the human race and, if they failed, its complete extinction. Back then, human society was way more advanced than the current one, to the point where mind-technologies and such weren't news anymore. But because of this, Humanity was found guilty of Evolution by the Imaginary Tree, thus had to face the Honkai, a force that evolves and gets stronger the more Civilization grows. The Honkai's forces were ruled and came from the Cocoon of Finality, the egg of a divine entity known as the Herrscher of Finality/the End, born from the Imaginary Tree itself and situated on the moon. That Cocoon would send Honkai energy on Earth, and use it to spawn monsters, from the tiniest of heights to megalodon-size calamities, until the Finality would be ready to be born and would use its Authority to rewind the whole Earth itself, thus purging it from humanity. But these monsters were nothing to fear about when compared to the Honkai's true emissaries, those who were sent to pave the way of destruction for the Herrscher of Finality. Those are lesser gods, known as the Herrschers. Those Herrschers had the ability to rule over a concept, to bend it, to twist it or even to break it, only to find a way to enforce it on who or whatever they find on their path. Needless to say, they are divine-class natural disasters. Moreover, they received their powers directly from the Cocoon of Finality, and they inherited the Honkai's inextinguisheble hatred for Humanity. There was no reasoning with those gods. From the moment they were born, by definitively taking over a human's body and mind, they were already armed with indescribable powers and wondrous hatred for any kind of human-related concepts or existences. BUT! In all of the hatred the Honkai felt towards humanity, it couldn't erase the passionate and deep love it felt towards them. After all, the Honkai's existence and actions were born from Imaginary Tree because the Tree needed a system to purge defective worlds. In other words, the Honkai was brought to existence thanks to Civilization, and it's because of Civilization that it has a meaning. Thus, even though it was geared with untold hatred for Humanity, the Honkai couldn't help but deeply love Humanity as well. As contradictory and as impossible as it would seem, a miracle was born from that love, an impossible feat that the probabilities for it to ever rehappen (in any and every universes from the whole Imaginary Tree and the Sea of Quanta) is the closest number to the absolute zero: a child. Woven into all the love the Honkai felt towards humanity, given life and form directly by the Imaginary Tree itself, a singular existence that could be called a true god, that could have become a true god, but chose to mingle with Humanity and to indiscriminately love each and every aspect of it, both the good and the bad: Elysia, the Daughter of the Honkai, Miss Pink Elf, the universally recognized cutest girl in the world, the true Herrscher of Origin, the 2nd Flamechaser as well as the 1st Herrscher of Humanity, alias Herrscher of Ego. As an existence on equal footing with the Cocoon of Finality and the Herrscher of Finality, Elysia was the 2nd strongest individual to have appeared in Honkai Impact 3rd before Kiana became the Finality. She joined an orphanage right after being born on Earth by the Honkai, she mingled with Humanity, observed it, loved it to the deepest parts of her soul, fought for it against gods and fate, and in the end she gave everything up for it, even her own hard-earned humanity. Elysia created the Flamechasers, Elysia loved everyone and was loved by everyone, even those who didn't like her. When Humanity was on the brink of utter total destruction and the last heroes were divided and didn't trust each other, Elysia made the ultimate sacrifice, to save her friends, to save what was left of her era, and to save Humanity itself. As the Herrscher of Origin, Elysia had an Authority equal as the one of the Herrscher of Finality. While the Finality could bring about the End all things, Elysia could make things happen, she could wish for them to be. Alas, her Authority alone couldn't save Humanity from the Honkai, because everything that Begins would eventually End. So, she gambled. There was that doctor named MEI who created an A.I called PROMETHEUS. That A.I could parasite rewrite some of the Honkai's system if only it was given a chance to penetrate it. But only a Herrscher could be strong enough to penetrate the Honkai itself. That's when Elysia revealed herself as the 0th Herrscher of their era, the Herrscher of Origin, and the 1st Herrscher of Humanity. That's when Elysia was stripped of her humanity, by allowing herself to be the target of the hatred of humanity towards the Honkai and the Herrschers that persecuted them. That's when Elysia married Humanity, by giving her life, her soul, and even her Authority, to Wish (Authority of Origin). From this Wish, Elysia created a gap in the Honkai's system and PROMETHEUS was able to access it. The goal was to disable the Honkai in its entirety, but all PROMETHEUS could do was alter the Herrschers selection and force the Honkai to spawn the same Herrschers that Elysia's era faced in the next era. That A.I then got corrupted by the Honkai and became the Will of the Honkai, the Honkai's sentience. Later, the contents of the Wish Elysia made for herself became known: before dying, Elysia Wished for the Herrschers of the new era to be able to retain their minds and revert back to Humanity. To do so, Elysia used her Authority to rewrite fate itself and to cut the threads of fate that tied the Herrschers to the Honkai, thus giving the next Herrschers a slim chance to evade the Honkai's control. In her last moments, Elysia only asked her friends, the other Flamechasers, if she finally succeeded to become a real human, and not just a Herrscher, to which they all agreed without a doubt. Nowadays, in the Current Era, with Kiana and the others, you can meet "Elysia", a simulation (a kind of faithful copy) of herself she left behind 50k years ago, in the Elysian Realm...

Now I have a question, recently I enter the Honkai Chanel in KZread and see the latest trailer and I have a doubt, where’s Kiana, Mei, Bronya etc in the story in 2024. The studio forgot about they? Are they died? Or they are alive but HOYOVERSE is trying to give the players new content and that’s why there’s no new content whit Kiana and mei?

thats kinda impossible. iirc in moon arc they said that stigma awakened individuals and herrschers are like polar opposites so basically its impossible, since palatinus equinox is her stigma awakened form, instead of her turning partially into honkai beast like Kevin or siegfried, the honkai beast in stigma manifests as krishna.

I mean, in honkai, even herrschers can be corrupted (ggz). so considering honkai is such an entity that can corrupt itself over and over again, i dont think a awakened stigmata could do much. but obviously, that would require a lot more lore added

Himeko got the core of fire implated in her armor to fight against void Kiana Then, after Himeko death, she got the core, as you can see on the sword of flamescion Just like Sirin got authory over more that one type of Herrscher because the will of Honkai give her those core, Kiana flamescion have the authority of fire So yes, she is the "New area Herrscher of fire"

⁠@@colehan5663 the past era flame core is in shamash. What Himeko had was the one of the cores Sirin was given when she went to the moon. Scion means inheritor if I remember correctly, so she’s the flame inheritor :D In addition to what you said, her being called Flamescion is also because she still has the void core so she’s a double herrscher and gets a cool new name similar to rimestar.

Simply put, yes they the are same person which is Kiana. How did she turn from cinnamonroll-looking girl to sadistic girl? The non spoiler explanation is that it is related to her background and story progression. If you don't mind spoiler, then below is the explanation: / / / / / / Kiana Kaslana here is actually a clone of the real Kiana Kaslana called K-423. This clone contains Sirin's soul, the previous Herrscher of Void, because Otto attempted to create an artificial Herrscher by using genetic materials from Sirin and the real Kiana Kaslana. After many failures and tests, He then implanted Herrscher of Void's core into K-423 and that's when this Kiana was born. Now how could she changed? it's because Sirin had "complicated and even contradictory emotions. All these mixtures of emotions, of hatred and love, were engraved into the Herrscher core creating Kiana, Sirin's wish for a second chance at a better life, and the Herrscher persona, the other her, Sirin's burning hatred for humanity. In short, there were 2 souls, Sirin's love/Kiana and Sirin's hatred/Herrscher persona. So when Kiana become HoV, it was actually her Herrscher persona/the other Sirin who took over the good Sirin/Kiana, hence sadistic. But long story short, the Herrscher persona is long gone because she think that she can't coexist with Kiana, but regardless of that, she made peace with Kiana.
