There is the main MV, a performance MV, and a Matz Production Behind that shows Hongjoong (and a little Seonghwa) making the track from scratch… and Hongjoong slowly losing it. 😂 It is a really cool watch. For Hongjoong’s content by Hongjoong, he does everything. He reproduces the track, styles it, and does the recording.

Hongjoong's covers are so special because he produces all the track with his own color and directs all the video as well, i highly recommend the MJ'cover because it shows the behind the scene

Lemon Tree is literally a song from 1995, 3 years before Hongjoong was born 😂 He does remix all of the original songs to put his own spin to it and match his style more, but most of his covers are songs from a least a decade ago.

I would highly recommend Jongho’s solo OST he did called Gravity. It is a purely amazing song

You should check out hongjoong's and jonghos Lee mujin service, in that one hongjoong sings Billie Jean like crazyy

for seonghwa i recommend “angel baby”, “the story never ends”, “empty” (all covers), i think you can really appreciate his vocals from these, btw love your reactions🫶🏻

Definitely recommend Fix Off Desire Project Tunnel for Mingi’s Solo.

If you get around to another HongJoong video please react to his cover of Black & White. At the end of the B&W cover it shows him doing all the rearranging/producing and creating the outfits he wears and everything. It’s really good to see his process. And how his mind works. My personal fav cover of his is BY.HongJoong no. 4. So would definitely love another captain video. Can’t wait to see your reactions to all the other members as well. YunHo and YeoSang could probably be combined. I believe they only have 1 official cover each between them.

yea actually hongjoong do remix and rearrange all his covers and add his own rap verses so he is kinda make the song his own completely btw he has credit for writing and composing for eenie meenie song and he rearrange for the other members covers as well idk if u know that but he produce for xikers and he produced predebut ateez song "from" after he asked the members to write letters to their loved ones and made the lyrics from those letters so all members can have credits for their first song he is literally a genius

He sings low, sings high, uses his falsetto, and raps all in one song. Also, there is a compilation video you may enjoy ‘Ateez Raw Vocals Compilation - Short Version’ by Cat. It has a good mix of each of the members singing together and then divided by member.
