Ingredients Aloo ki bhaji aur poori
5 Potatoes
200 Gms All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Samolina
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Oil
2 Tomatoes
3-4 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin
Ginger and Green Chilli Paste
(take 1 inch ginger pc and 2 green chillies)
1& ½ Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
Little less than1 Tsp Salt
2 Pinch Asafoetida
¼ Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
½ Tsp Coriander Powder
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
½ Tsp Chat Masala
¼ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1Tbsp Curd
Some Coriander
1Tsp Butter
2 Green Chillies
Ingredients for Sooji ki Kheer
1 Tsp Ghee
1 Tbsp each of Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Pistachio
2 Tbsp Semolina
500 ml Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4th Tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1-2 Drops of Saffron infused in water
