Kasi if nakuha mo now sa pain meds, in the future *na wag naman sana* malaki ang possibility na maulit and mas worst yung symptom ng back pain mo especially babae ka and magkakaroon ng pregnancy stage sa life mo. Don't wait na umabot ka sa surgery. Better do Physio for cure and prevention. Physiotherapist here 😊
