If your passport is issued in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh Punjab etc,. your registration will most likely get rejected. This is likely because there might have been some history of people taking up illegal residence in HK from these cities.

Hello sir i am indian student studying in china want to return to india via Hong Kong, so do we have to apply to apply for visa or just this PAR form will be enough or if we have to apply visa how much does it cost? We have flight from Beijing to hongkong to new Delhi. We will be flying in the month of july.
