The whole family of KWAN HONG BAKERY worked hard to the last moment. On the day of the shooting, Mrs. Ng asked me to come and shoot the full hand-made Chinese Walnut Cookies production record at 8:30pm in the evening, but during the period they kept producing different traditional pastries. Some customers knew KWAN HONG BAKERY will end in August 2021, made a special order for the production of "Crispy Pastry Dumpling" during the Chinese New Year. When I finished shooting at 00:30am in the morning, the "Crispy Pastry Dumpling" was still in production. I really don’t know when it will be finished, but the shop would be opened at six o'clock in the next morning....... Mrs. Ng Grandma, Boss Mr. Ng, Mrs. Ng , 爆江, as well as the members and volunteers of KWAN HONG BAKERY, pay tribute to your fighting spirit!
