After visiting Costa Rica and French Polynesia, the time was right to quit our full-time jobs, so we left everything to travel and have loved every minute of it. Our goal is to make it to all seven continents and visit as many countries as possible. Follow along and be a part of the journey!

There are Filipino and Indonesian maids in the tent. Since most employers give them Saturday and Sunday off, they spend it with their colleagues. There are more than 300,000 domestic helpers in Hong Kong. Due to the large number of people, they can be seen singing and dancing in the streets every Saturday and Sunday.

As a native chinese in hong kong, I welcome you two to the city, it is one of the best and I call it home. If you have time, go to aberdeen harbour which has remnants of the old fishing village that hk was known for. There are tours in old fishing boats to learn about some fishermen's story, and you'll have the best seafood. My dad side grew up there and there's a youtube channel called michael rougge who documented 80s hk where there were still large boat people there if you're interested. Truly a fascinating place!!!

I like Hong Kong, very convenient from cities to the green. You work hard on weekdays to make money and then enjoy countryside life on weekends. Go to Sai Kung you will find that it is very leisurable area, not hustle and bustle at all and it's very green there. Low salary tax rate , about 15%, is also one of the factors why so many expatriates they stay here. However, the real estate price is stunning. It's hard to make both ends meet.
