Beautiful ending. They truly have come full circle. From their bickering days to their lovely couple days. We witnessed the patience that SY has while pursuing HJ and claiming his love for her. In their past life as well as present life. HJ brought out the best of him and even his closed friend and family saw that. His father even said they're strange. Lol. She brought him to life and gave him happiness like he never experienced before. Its like he’s a changed man altogether. Episode 1 SY is totally different than the one in episode 16. That's one hell of character development. Even for HJ, she is not a lonely girl anymore and though her attitude changes towards people around her is more subtle, it is there . This is an happy ending 300 years in the making. And the ending is just perfect. Them living together and getting married soon. I love it! Don't think I can move on from this drama anytime soon. Thanks directornim & writernim for this awesome drama. We will never forget uri ShinJong couple for long time to come. Okay, now time to rerun episode 1 - 16 😍

I'll love them in every universe 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 best couple of 2023 ....i fell so down for Shin Yu ...... This character is best of rowoon ❤❤❤❤❤❤..... CAN'T ACCEPT THAT IT'S OVER ......

He portrayed how much he was suffering so well..desperate and struggling at the same time

These two make you fall in love with them! Their chemistry is overloaded! the series makes you laugh, cry, and sad. They portrayed their roles as the scripts prescribed, especially Rowoon. I hated him at the beginning of the series, but as I watched the series I fell in love with his character! He was mean to Hong-Jo and judged her character without knowing her. That makes me sad and feel that Hong-Jo's character is lonely. I think in my opinion, he feels something about Hong-Jo even before he drinks the "Love Potion". He didn't want to admit it as he had a girlfriend already. The love that he has for Hong-Jo is pure and innocent and Shin-Yu never felt that to his girlfriend. At the same time, Hong-Jo had a crush on Mr. Kwon. So, both trying to fight their feelings that is why this series is funny because they are like a cat and a mouse always fighting. If they are not together, they miss each other, and no matter what they do they are destined to be together. What a story! And the kissing scenes, WOW, give you butterflies in the stomach and feel nothing but their love! It is not just a romcom their a story behind it. By the way, the OST is beautiful! I am not Korean, but the songs are WOW!

This is absolutely my favorite Kdrama ever (it bumped out Crash Landings on You for me)!!! It has mystery, suspense, comedy, sadness, and romance that's off the charts! I love Sinyu and Hongjo off the charts chemistry! This drama will be a classic...it's that good!

i'm gonna saying this over and over again,, that I really love this drama so so much. I really love RoWoon and Jo Bo Ah chemistry. They really great played as Jang Shinyu and Lee Hong Jo.. The last time I'm so obsessed with Romcom drama are Mr. Queen, I re-watched it over and over again. But,, DWY is *Chef Kiss*,, their chemistry, the story, the plot all of them are so GOOD!! I know RoWoon since he played as Haru at Extraordinary you,, and since then,, I watched his drama like SWNK, King's Affection and Tomorrow,, but never this obsessed! I'm really grateful to Director-nim for casted them as Shin Yu and Hong Jo. I hope Ro Woon and Jo Bo Ah can meet again in a drama or variety show someday. I'm going to re-watched this drama again until I get bored, but it looks like I won't get bored with Destined With you,, hahahaha.. See you again Ro Woon at The Matchmakers!! and Jo Bo Ah at Tangeum!!

@@kisalei I think it is explained that it was he who placed the spell book in the box, along with the construction of the temple, since he knew that at some point in life, he and Aeng Cho would reincarnate (In Shin Yu and Hong Jo), and the book and fate would unite them again.

This kdrama 1-16 episode is so beautiful, adorable, magnificent, amazing and phenomenal. I can’t help not to cry coz of what happened to them. I can imagine the suffering , sacrifice just because of love. If I want to watch it again my answer is”YES “, his my idol and I’m not gonna get tired to watch it. Without editing it won't look like a drama but more like a documentary although it's also edited but still I think editors have magic they create on screen.
