In this video we will see how to make wheat bread recipe in tamil. In this recipe, we are going to make wheat bread and sweeten it using honey instead of using sugar. This fluffy soft and spongy nread can also be made without an oven in a pressure cooker. We are using the double proofing method to incorporate a lot of air into the bread to make it super soft and spongy.

Ingredients:
1 cup warm Water + (2 tbsp (if required))
1 tsp Honey or Sugar
1.5 tsp Yeast (6g)
3 cup Wheat flour (375g)
1/2 tsp Salt
2.5-3 tbsp Honey (or Sugar)
3 tbsp Oil or Butter
First proofing: 1 hr -1 hr 15 min
second proofing: 45 min -60 min
Oven: Bake at 350F / 175C for 25-27 min
Cooker : Bake on medium heat for 25-27 min
