Castiel always had good intentions and it always blew up in his face. Truthfully, Sam and Dean have done so much more messed up shit than Cass, but they/it always ends up fine. And a lot of their bad choices weren't even due to good intentions but pure selfishness. Cass always tried to serve. Live for the good of others. And it always blew up in his face

Sam never really called his Cas, only very few times. Dean never really called him castiel, only very few times. I guess the names where just reserved for each one of them
