I havd been meditating previously with honey calcite. I appreciate this guided meditation. I definitely felt a difference in my body while meditating with my sphere. I have felt like I needed it around when I work lately and actually tend to want to purchase any that I see. I believe I may benefit from crystal jewelry in this situation. The difference that I felt meditating was major. When i first picked it up this time, I felt the zap that I feel with certain crystals but this wasn't an uncomfortable zap.
