I think not many people talk about Brooklyn 99...but it's also an fun series to watch

Narcos has to be one of the best shows and underrated as well. It's pathetic that how most people don't even know about it at their loss though. The storyline, music, suspense is just mind blowing. And not to mention it's based on true story, unlike every other shows based on fiction. It has to be the second best TV series after Breaking Bad on Netflix.

Chernobyl is a mini series, but i'll include in one of the best tv shows. It has thrill,political drama, scientific stuff and op of that it is a real story. So it will be in my list.

Not in English…. But dark on Netflix is one of the best series of all time. And most of us have watched in English. So can be considered in this. Absolutely stunning twists and great acting and direction

I have watched all of the popular sitcoms and "Friends" was my favourite until I watched "How I met your mother. The only show that I want to watch while eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. I immediately fell in love with all of its characters. Its main selling point is the way it tells you the whole story. It's like my grandmother used to tell me stories before going to bed in my childhood. Its writing is genius and has lots of emotions along with the comedy factor. It's been a year since I watched it for the first time and I don't even remember how many rewatch I have done till today.

The one show that keep me motivated and helps me get out of a depresssed situation during covid was the office, what an amazing and heart worming show it was, the show ended for me when Michel scott left the show i literally cried out loud during the episode. It is by far the best show for me even feels better than the friends, because the silence in the background and ackward pauses during the scenes made the scenes more funnier. The show helps me put a smile on my face when i was preparing for my exams and now i am serving the Indian Railways 🙂

Please do honest review of The Newsroom its one of the best written shows in History and has an iconic opening scene. It depicts what a news organization should be and every Indian should watch this show

From your list, I have watched Stranger Things & The Big Bang Theory only and loved it. My other favs are Arrow, Flash, The Originals, Young Sheldon, Sherlock. PS. I have only watched Money Heist that too in peer pressure But it was worth the time All 5 seasons were great All characters are still in my heart Looking forward to watch more English content in upcoming year

Succession is also a must watch show with an awesome finale and its only 4 seasons.

All the above mentioned ones are best ones, like top of the cream, most elite, premium shows due to which TV shows viewership got popularity. After those shows, some of my favorite ones: - Chernobyl. - Succession. - Seinfield. - Sherlock. - Peaky Blinders. - Sex Education. - Young Sheldon. - Band of Brothers. - Outsourced. - Upload - Sarabhai vs Sarabhai (Hindi show but It competes insanely with top TV shows in s01) - Suits - Emily in Paris - Death Note (Just writing this here gives me goosebumps, It's one of the best thrillers ever)

Marvellous Mrs Maisel … very well written show on the struggles of stand up comedians, especially women. Very lovable and quirky characters.

You missed Suits (I understand time constraint so no complains). Definitely one of the best legal drama shows. Every case has a fine detailing, it's so well written that there comes a point you start feeling for Mike ross. It gets a bit much after mike's exclusion but is anyways a great watch

Peaky Blinders - All season Taboo Sherlock - 1st & 2nd season True Detective Well-written, with best cinematography and BGM, excellently acted, somehow underrated than iconic shows. I think it is because of the pessimistic realism and intellectual approach of the show. But I agreed about preferring lite fun shows while eating over dark shows.

HIMYM is better than Friends imo because HIMYM dealt with emotions better than any other series. Unlike Friends that just skipped human emotions to make everything just "fun".

"Daredevil" is my favorite Super hero show and one of the best from Marvel. I think one should give a time and watch all the 3 seasons. It seems every department of this show love their job from writing to production design, from actors to stuntmen. And it questions too many aspects of life such as Faith, redemption, friendship, trust, abandonment. I feel like "Lost" is also one of the best because of its gripping story telling and one of the best cliffhangers. (payoff in the last episode was a bummer for me) When you mention Breaking bad how you can forget "Better call saul" 2nd best show ever made (you will know if have seen it) You say best English shows and you forget "Sherlock".

What a timing for this episode In the season of Rakshabandhan wife going home and I can Beinge watch many of these shows. Many married Guys would relate.

Don't forget how i met your mother I think it's better than friends cuz of the humour and i liked their characters Ted and Barney and their bond its a show that can be watched during daily meals so it's worthy of watching

True Detectives Season 1. on a shallow outlook it maay seem as an normal police procedural drama, but what outshines it from the normal route is its character potrayal. , especially Matthew Mcconhauey as Rust Cohle seems to be the major MVP of the show. After an instance you would get so engrossed by his idealogical outlook that like a personal devotee you would just outdo yourself listening to him.

For me, the best comedy shows are : modern family, FRIENDS, Malcolm in the middle and the office, The other best shows for me are Breaking Bad and Better call Saul, Lost (though the finale sucks, but its still good), Peaky blinders, Prison break (for only 2 seasons), Sherlock holmes (BBC), Narcos

"**THE LAST OF US**" I agree with your list and would like to add one More show that i would like to add if you are a fan of Post-apocalyptic shows. I think The Last of Us is a very well-made series. It has everything you could want in a post-apocalyptic drama: great acting, strong writing, stunning visuals, and a suspenseful plot. I'm glad you enjoyed it! I especially like how the series explores the complex relationship between Joel and Ellie. They are two very different people, but they are forced to rely on each other for survival. Their journey together is both heartwarming and heartbreaking. I'm also impressed by how the series captures the bleak and hopeless world of the post-apocalypse. The visuals are stunning, and the atmosphere is oppressive. The series doesn't shy away from the harsh realities of life in a world where zombies roam the streets and society has collapsed. Overall, I think The Last of Us is one of the best new shows of the year. It's a must-watch for fans of post-apocalyptic dramas and anyone who loves a good story.
